About the home

Luxurious detached villa with private pool and walled garden. The Villa is located in a residential area close to all amenities which includes restaurants, bars, local supermarket, banks and chemist. Accommodation comprises of a large lounge, fitted kitchen, utility room, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms (one of each floor).The Master bedroom has a double bed air conditioning fitted wardrobes and a private balcony over looking the pool. The second bedroom also has a double bed air conditioning and private balcony. The 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds (plus use of a travel cot if needed). All bedrooms are also fitted with ceiling fans.

Family bathroom with bath, and a shower cubicle in the lower bathroom. Offers air conditioned living room with local satellite television, DVD, radio. Comfortably furnished a well equipped kitchen and laundry room with washing machine. Close to the sandy beaches a 10 minute drive. And convenient for Alicante Airport (25 mins)

We have worked a great deal on the garden and now have a fantastic seating area (shaded) and BBQ to make good use of the warm evenings.

Lighting in plants and round pool make it easy to enjoy the evenings.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

La Marina is close to the heart of the Alicante province. All within close distance are Benidorm Zoo and Terra Mitica theme park, Santa Barbara Castle and the caves of Canelbre at Buston all of which are under an hour away. Elche safari park, the aqua parks of Benidorm and Torrevieja and the hill top town of Guardelest are all near by and a fun day out. For the golfers you are spoilt for choice with a number of top class golf courses within a short drive of the villa (La Finca and Las Ramblas courses are both excellent and challenging).

The La Marina / San Fulgencio area

La Marina is perfectly located for an ideal family holiday. The urbanisation has many supermarkets, shops, banks, bars, and restaurants. There is a market on Thursday and Sunday. There are many local sites of interest all within an hour's travel including: Roman, Moorish and Spanish sites. The towns of Guardamar and Santa Polo are two towns not to be missed and are only 10 minutes away. Two aqua parks are in close proximity or if you fancy just sitting back and relaxing there is always La Marina beach which boasts 10 miles of golden sand and the cool waters of the Mediterranean.

“WOW - When can we stay again!!!!!!!” We have just come back from a 12 day stay at this Villa. I thought the pictures online made it look fantastic, but it was even better than that. The location was perfect, 5 - 10 walk to restaurants, shops, playgrounds and mini football pitches. 10 -15 min drive to aqua parks and beutiful beaches. The Villa has lots of space inside and especially outside, with the Pool and the BBQ being the fantastic highlights!!!!!!! This is a Villa that will be enjoyed again by me and my family as we had the best time there. Highly recommended. Regards Thank you. Hi Danielle, Thank you for renting us your villa, we had a fantastic holiday. The weather was beautifull and the villa was perfect, the pool was well used ! I did not want to come home !!

We had a really lovely time at the villa, we thought it was very clean and tidy and had everything we needed, including a lovely pool and plenty of seating areas outside. We also appreciated the bottle of wine which was waiting for us in the fridge! The villa is in a very peaceful area which was good as it gave us a real chance to un-wind and relax. We made use of the restaurants you suggested and ate out most evenings – which gave me a nice break from cooking! We also visited the markets you suggested, which my youngest daughter particularly enjoyed as she bought some nice toys!

Dear Sheila,

We had a wonderful holiday at your lovely villa. The weather was absolutely brilliant so we spent virtually all of our time there in the garden and pool as well as at the lovely beach at La Marina. We cooked on the barbecue most nights or ate out at a tapas bar up the hill as well as in La Marina itself. We also walked up to the Sunday market. Your neighbours Trevor and Zenta were lovely conmpany and very helpful. The villa was spacious and we found the air conditioning a godsend at night. We would certainly consider returning next year if we can get the family together again. Thank you for your help regarding the extra guest.

Villa was great thanks. Location was ideal for visiting my aunt.
Villa was very clean, well equipped and ideal for our family needs - great outside space - which we used as for most of the time the weather was great. We ventured to a lot of the local restaurants - superb variety.

The villa will be available from 2 pm on the day of arrival.And should be Vacated by 10 am on the day of departure unless otherwise agreed. This is to facilitate cleaning. But we can be flexible.
