Luxurious detached villa with private pool and walled garden. The Villa is located in a residential area close to all amenities which includes many restaurants, bars, local supermarket, banks and chemist. Accommodation comprises of. A large lounge, fitted kitchen, utility room, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms (one of each floor).The Master bedroom has a double bed air conditioning fitted wardrobes and a private balcony over looking the pool. The second bedroom also has a double bed air conditioning and private balcony. The 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds (plus use of a travel cot if needed). All bedrooms are also fitted with ceiling fans.
Family bathroom with bath, and a shower cubicle in the lower bathroom. Offers air conditioned living room with satellite television, DVD, radio. Comfortably furnished a well equipped kitchen and laundry room with washing machine. Close to the sandy beaches a 5 minute drive. And convenient for Alicante Airport (25 mins)

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
La Marina is close to the heart of the Alicante province. All within close distance are Benidorm Zoo and Terra Mitica theme park, Santa Barbara Castle and the caves of Canelbre at Buston all of which are under an hour away. Elche safari park, the aqua parks of Benidorm and Torrevieja and the hill top town of Guardelest are all near by and a fun day out. For the golfers you are spoilt for choice with a number of top class golf courses within a short drive of the villa (La Finca and Las Ramblas courses are both excellent and challenging).
La Marina / San Fulgencio area
La Marina is perfectly located for an ideal family holiday. The urbanisation has many supermarkets, shops, banks, bars, and restaurants. There is a market on Thursday and Sunday. There are many local sites of interest all within an hour's travel including: Roman, Moorish and Spanish sites. The towns of Guardamar and Santa Polo are two towns not to be missed and are only 10 minutes away. Two aqua parks are in close proximity or if you fancy just sitting back and relaxing there is always La Marina beach which boasts 10 miles of golden sand and the cool waters of the Mediterranean.
How to get there
Fly to Alicante Airport Monarch. Ryanair. EasyJet A car hire is recommended to fully appreciate the surrounding areas towns and beaches nice cars of all types can be hired at the airport through various hire companies. Look online at firms like. carjet which we would recommend La Marina is situated only 20 minutes from Alicante Airport on the N332

Lovely well mantained Villa. In a lovely area with some nice restuarants just a short walk away. We hired a car and drove to some lovely local towns Guardarma has fantastic night market. We all had a lovley break. Thank you Sheila.
