A folding bed is now available for an extra child and a cot available for a baby - no extra charge!! This luxury apartment is fully equipped for your every need and comfort. The lounge/diner has a three seater settee, an armchair and air conditioning. The double and twin bedrooms are fitted with large wardrobes and drawers. Each is air conditioned. The kitchen has all mod cons - fridge/freezer, microwave, ceramic hob etc.etc. The bathroom has a shower over the bath and a bidet. There are bathroom scales for you and your suitcases!! There is a utility room with washing machine and handwashing facilities. The south facing terrace overlooks the pool and the upstairs solarium is fully equipped with loungers etc. There is all the equipment you need to take to the beach. Coolbox/ice packs are provided.
El Pinet is between the village of La Marina and the sea. There are protected dunes, a nature reserve and salt flats nearby. La Marina beach has Blue Flag status. The apartment is ideal for a relaxing beach/pool holiday and is an ideally placed centre for exploration and touring. For golfers there are many courses - La Marquesa is 10min away at Quesada, Las Ramblas and Villa Martin are about 20min away. The famous complex at La Manga is about an hour away.

Each bedroom and the lounge/diner is individually air conditioned - no more sticky, sleepless nights. These units also provide heating in the winter.
There is English TV/radio. All the usual channels from Astra2. New satellite decoder which reads Sky subscription cards - carry on watching your favourite subscription channels when on holiday. There is also German and French TV/radio from Astra1. Italian TV/Radio from Hotbird 6/8/9. There is also a DVD player, and a radio/CD player.
Bring your laptop - wifi is now available for a small extra charge - ask for details.
The bathroom has a shower over the bath and a bidet. The water heater has been upgraded from 50litres to 80litres so that everyone can have showers. Bathroom scales now added to equipment - watch your holiday weight and make sure you stay inside your baggage allowance on the aircraft.
Further details outdoors:
The terrace, off the lounge, has table and chairs. It is south facing and overlooks the pool so you can keep an eye on the children. The rooftop solarium is very private and has a large storeroom with sun loungers, table/chairs and sun brollies/bases. There are folding chairs, brollies (with sand screws) and a windbreak to take to the beach.
The apartment has a cool box and ice packs so you can have cold food/drinks on the beach. This will save you a small fortune!!
Another pool, a couple of minutes walk away, is also available.

The World Health Organisation has declared that the Costa Blanca is one of the most healthy places to live on earth. Holiday here and enjoy our lovely climate whatever the season. Escape the ice and snow of an English winter and experience sunshine and bright days even during the winter months. Even in the heat of sumer the comparatively low humidity makes life comfortable - and if it does become too much, relax in the fully air conditioned apartment.
The Costa Blanca has everything to offer. Night life -as close as Santa Pola Palace, Alicante or Torrevieja, sun, sea and sand. What more could you ask for? There are towns and cities to visit offering everything from local cuisine to fabulous coastal and mountain scenery. Golf? A paradise on your doorstep! Walking in the hills - fabulous.
The La Marina / El Pinet area
Sea, sun, sand, shopping, local markets, international cuisine, nightlife, go karting, golf, fishing, walking.. imagine it...you will find it here!
The Village: La Marina is very Spanish in character, but it manages to provide all the little extras to let you enjoy your stay - English newspapers published on the same day, an English supermarket etc. There is a tourist information office, pharmacy, travel agency, many shops, bars and restaurants. The El Pinet /La Marina beaches are superb - cleaned every day, lifeguards on duty in the season, beach bars/restaurants, toilets and a superb spider´s web climbing frame for the kids. Just a kilometre or so inland lies the urbanization of La Marina. This boasts an extensive range of facilities from large supermarkets to internet cafes and a snooker club. Thers is a wide variety of restaurants - Chinese, Indian etc.
Alicante, to the north, has super shopping with castle, old town and port to explore. Torrevieja, to the south, is a bustling, entertaining resort. About 10km inland is Elche. This beautiful old city has a super old town to wander round, and there are the palm gardens to see. There are thousands of palm trees - Elche is known as the ´city of palms´. Benidorm is less than 1 hour away - theme parks etc.
La Marina urbanization has markets on Sundays and Thursdays. In fact, there are markets somewhere every day of the week - Santa Pola, Guardamar, La Mata etc. Santa Pola market is great for buying quality leather shoes at a fraction of English prices. There are trinket markets every evening in Santa Pola, Guardamar and Torrevieja in the summer.

Owner very helpful who supplied excellent directions and showed us around apartment on arrival explaining all facilities. A very well equiped apartment, like home from home, and all you need for the beach supplied. Very close to beaches and lovely pool. Car is essential as shops and restaurants are too far to walk. Response: Owner will happily take guests who don't hire a car for a major supermarket shop at the start of their holiday - and a second time if it is a two week stay. So, only topping up is needed during the visit. No charge for this facility. |

A 25% deposit is required to secure bookings - non refundable.
The deposit can be paid in Sterling to my UK bank account/ Euros to my Spanish bank account and the remainder in Euros (cash) on arrival.
On handover of keys a security deposit of 150 Euros is required in cash. This will be returned in full if there is no damage or breakage on inspection. For damage/breakage an appropriate amount will be deducted from the returned deposit.
