The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

La Marina / La Marina Complex area
La Marina is a lively town with an abundance of bars, restaurants, shops, banks, pharmacies, etc, close to the unique unspoiled beaches where the pine forest and nature reserve blend into the golden beaches, find your own sand dune, lay down your towel and crack open the bubbly and watch the sun bounce off the Mediterranean sea. There are 2 championship golf courses nearby, La Marina also has its own Go Karting circuit, race karts available for all ages, there are also 2 exciting water parks close by. La Marina also has its own dive shop which provides equipment and trips to Tabarca Island for the scuba diving enthusiast.

Further details indoors: The villa is decorated to an authentic rustic theme, with beamed vaulted ceilings, stone archways, feature fireplace, large farmhouse style kitchen with dining area, large lounge with large plasma tv, with french windows leading onto an undercover large terrace with dining area, there is 1 twin bedroom and one double bedroom situated on the ground floor, with shower and w.c. Upstairs consists of 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom and 2 bathrooms/1 en suite, there are also 2 large terraces accessed from upstairs, one with dining table, chairs, overlooking the rock pool and waterfalls, and the other is a very large private terrace.
Further details outdoors: The gardens, swimming pool with roman steps for easy access, rock pool, bar area and gardens have been designed with only one thing in mind, luxury living to be enjoyed by day or especially by night when the whole garden comes alive as all is illuminated, probably the most popular area will be the Caribbean style gazebo and bar with its own fridge (for those bottles of vino), plenty of seating, barstools and lounge seating, ideal for when you need a break from sunbathing on the open deck areas, the bbq is situated close to the beach bar area.
