About the home

Luxurious and tastefully decorated holiday home in newly constructed neighborhood. Private swimming pool with jacuzzi. Air conditioning through the whole house. The 3 bedrooms have very comfortable box spring beds. Two spacious bathrooms. The lounge has a large corner sofa and a 42" plasma TV with DVD player. Fully equipped kitchen. Everything you need. Enjoy.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Costa Blanca takes up the stretch of Mediterranean coast which is 200 kilometres long and corresponds to the province of Alicante. The combination of almond tree fields, vineyards, orchards, magnificent palm trees and beautiful beaches creates a type of vegetation that is unique in Europe. According to the World Health Organization the Costa Blanca is the most healthy area of Europa. The temperature is generally mild – the average is in summer 30ºC and in wintertime 20ºC .

The historical town of Alicante has great shops at good prices, fine restaurants, many splendid old buildings and a very nice marina. Alicante is only 30 minutes drive north of La Marina.

Torrevieja is 20 minutes drive south of La Marina and is a very lively town especially in the summer. It has a market, a large choice of restaurants, bars and night clubs, a large french hypermarket Carrefour and a great shopping mall Habaneras.

Guardamar del Segura is 10 minutes drive south of La Marina. Its 11 kilometres of fine sand beaches is ideal for water sports. The Segura River flows through the town, and there are various archaeological sites such as the Phoenician city of La Fonteta and the Las Dunas Caliphal hermitage/fort, among others. Guardamar also has various ecologically interesting nature areas. For example the Lagunas de La Mata Nature Reserve, which has a network of trails ideal for walking and biking.

Elche, the palmcapital of Europe, is a beautiful village with lots of palmtrees and (palmtree) parcs. Also famous for its shoefactories and shoestores. Elche is only 15 minutes drive north of La Marina.

Spain is one of the most popular destinations in Europe for golfing. There are plenty of lovely golf courses in the area of La Marina for the keen golfer. Playing a few rounds is a smart choice: good weather, excellent golf courses, a variety of settings, first-class cuisine, culture and entertainment after the greens…and much more.

The La Marina area

La Marina Urbanisation is in Southern Costa Blanca, only 25 minutes drive south of Alicante airport. It is just a 5 minutes drive to the beautiful white sandy beaches of La Marina and in 10 minutes you are at the nice beaches of Guardamar. Our villa is only minutes from a local supermarket, newsagents, chemist, local bars and shops. The village has its own Tourist Information Office.

“Beautiful, clean villa, with everything close by” We had a wonderful 11 day stay at Casahop. The owner was extremely helpful prior to our arrival and the manager was friendly and helpful while we were there. The villa has lovely views, and is in a very quiet neighbourhood. It was lovely and clean inside and out and had everything we needed. The kids loved the pool, which is a perfect size! There are plenty of shops within a short drive, also a very helpful pharmacy and Tourist Information just down the road. The area is lovely, close to a beautiful beach and within easy driving distance of lots of attractions. We would highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a relaxing break in a comfortable home from home.
