You will feel at home in this fully equipped Luxury Apartment.The Apartment benefits from its own private rooftop solarium affording spectacular views of the Mediterranean to the East, the Salinas del Pinet Micro-Reserva de flora to the North and the Creviellente mountains to the West.
This area is surrounded by numerous salt lagoons which are also protected bird sanctuaries, and a Mediterranean coastline of over 14 kilo meters of white sandy Blue Flag Beaches.The view from your Apartment is unimpeded, and at nights your view is transformed by the beautifully illuminated towns of Santa Pola and Elche.
Each bedroom and the lounge/diner has individual ceiling fans and radiators during the winter months. As well as English and Spanish Digital TV. A Radio, DVD player and radio/CD player are also provided.
The bathroom has a shower over the bath and a bidet. There is a modern fully fitted kitchen with additional kitchen utensils such as a coffee maker and slow cooker. ( So just pack your suitcase)
New High Speed Broadband / WiFi facility is available. [Nb: There is a small charge for this facility]

Your private balcony! A quite and tranquil place to relax, has a dining table and chairs. The view from the balcony offers an unimpeded view of the sea and salt lagoons both day and and night.
There are at present three communal swimming pool on the resort, there nearest just 50 meter from the Apartment.
Your private roof-top solarium offers magnificent views and is furnished with sun lounges, table/chairs and a BBQ unit.
A cool box together with ice packs is provided for your Personal use on the beach or on a picnic.
Additional Towels for the beach and pools are also provided.

A Welcome pack is provided on request for late or weekend arrivals, other arrangements for shopping can also be provided on request.
Courtesy Car Service is available on request from either Alicante to El Pinet or from Murcia to El Pinet.
Our bi-lingual speaking representative is on hand to advise and assist you with any Medical or Emergency matters.
Strictly no smoking in the Apartment, except on the balcony or the solarium. Smokers are welcome but not in the Apartment, you are requested to use the Terrace or the Solarium. A cot is available for a baby at no extra charge.
NB: Holiday and travel insurance is recommended! Please ensure you are fully covered!! You must have a valid Passport and EHIC card which entitles you to free emergency medical treatment whilst you are in Spain.
For visitors intending to drive whilst in Spain, a full UK driving licence will be required.
Conditions
We do not arrange same day change overs and have no restriction on your arrival or departure times, so you are free to enjoy your holiday in full. There is a charge of €60.00 for cleaning and laundry which must be paid on your arrival.
A minimum 20% deposit is required to secure your booking which is non-refundable.
The deposit can be paid in either Sterling or Euro and the Sterling remainder in Euro's on arrival [cash]
NB: Our prices do not differ during school holidays.
Security Deposit:
To cover the eventuality of any accidents that may result in damage to the property, a refundable security deposit of €60.00 will be required at the handover of keys in cash. Which will be returned in full if there are no damages or breakages. [subject to a satisfactory property inspection.]
For damage/ breakage, an appropriate amount will be deducted before the deposit is returned.
How to Pay:
When you have made your reservation, please complete the Booking form and send it to us with your remittance. To book your holiday a Deposit of 25% is required.Confirmation will be sent within 12 working days. If you are booking within 90 days of your holiday, you will need to send the Full Payment and payment for any requested Optional Extras. Bank transfers should be made payable to: either our UK or Spanish Bank accounts or the Sterling equivalent in cash on arrival.
Summary of our booking conditions:
1:Reservations are accepted subject to availability and may be held for 3 working days.(less for peak times or for last minute booking) Payment must be made within this time to confirm the booking.
2: Booking will be confirmed by payment of a minimum 25% non-refundable deposit. If the booking is made more than 30 days before your holiday.
4: Once the booking is received and accepted , you are liable for payment of the balance of the rent plus any additional charges 30 days before the start of your holiday.
5: Security deposit must be paid directly to us on arrival to cover any losses, damage plus our cleaning charges of €60.00. The remainder of your deposit will be refunded less for cleaning and laundry charges, at the end of your holiday.
6: Under no circumstances may people or pets other than those specified on the booking Form occupy the property.
7:The Client will leave the property and its contents in a clean and tidy condition prior to vacating the the property.
8: The owner reserves the right to reasonable access to the property, or the caretaker.
9: The owner reserves the right to amend prices quoted due to errors and/or omissions or currency fluctuations.
10: Clients are reminded that they should ensure that they take out adequate holiday and travel insurance for the duration of their holidays.

In addition to its History and Culture, the Southern Costa's have the added benefit of being recommended by the World health Organization as one of the healthiest environment to live or visit in Europe, especially if you suffer from rheumatism, arthritis, asthma or heart related problems.
Places of great tourists interest:
The Isle of Tabarca: located off the coast of Santa Pola, was declared a Marine Reserve in 1986. Its transparent waters, seabed, and the abundant flora and fauna contributed to this. Currently, it is a major tourist destination in the summer, ideal for diving or just enjoy good food based on fish and rice, its tranquillity and friendliness of its people.
Santa Pola: [Alicante] bordering the Mediterranean coast, Through various routes and observatories you can access the areas where some of the most interesting bird watching can be done of some of the most interesting and recreational types:Flamingo's, Ducks, Fauna (cerceta pardilla, tarros blancos), and many more. The extraction of salt is the main economic activity in the area and shapes the ecosystem.
Elche:
Is the third city of the Valencian Community, by population size and resources. A stroll through its streets will allow you to discover an interesting historical centre, with its 2 UNESCO World Heritages: Elche Mystery Play (Misteri d'Elx) Medieval Drama and the Elx Palm Grove (Palmeral d'Elx)
This fabulous area has safe white sandy beaches that seem to on forever, most of them being awarded the 'Triple Blue Flag for cleanliness and safety. Bustling Spanish fishing villages, Haciendas numerous marinas, an excellent selection of championship Golf Courses and Bowling Green are all within a twenty minutes drive from your Apartment.
The whole area is surrounded by mountains, orange and lemon groves, several salt lagoons, with two central salt lakes, one a nature reserve, full of migratory birds and flamingos and to the South the Mar Menor. This Region enjoys one of the best climates in Europe; protected by the mountains to the West and the warm winds across the Mediterranean from North Africa to the south East.
Mildest season is: November to February ; the spring and summer seasons are long, starting in March peaking in August-September and cooling down between October and November.
The La Marina / El Pinet area

The 14KMS of white sandy beaches are superb, cleaned daily; patrolled by life guards in the summer, with a beach bar, restaurants,and plenty of activities for the children.
El Pinet is a location with magnificent sea views, quite peaceful but sufficiently close to all amenities that are within walking distance.Places of great tourists interest: If a more suburban environment is wanted for night life or to take in some of the local culture or restaurants; Then, La Marina Urbanization is just a 10 minutes drive away, has markets on Sundays and Thursdays. [NB: there is a market somewhere every day.] The Santa Pola market is recommended for buying quality leather shoes at a fraction of the sterling price. The Isle of Tabarca, located off the coast of Santa Pola, formerly used as the Berber pirates operations. In 1986 the Tabarca was declared a Marine Reserve and has become a major Tourist Destination.
The larger towns of; Alicante to the North, Elche to the West, Guardamar and Torreveija to the South has trinket markets every evening in the summer. During your stay you can enjoy a range of activities such as horse riding, golf, bowls, fishing, scuba diving or shopping in any of many colourful markets. Visits to the the water park, nature reserves, the near by Rio Safari Park or the beautiful town of Elche known as the City of Palms.
Overall the area offers convenience, a haven away from the hustle and bustle of the city, stunning views and the Mediterranean Sea at your leisure.

The personnel attention, helpful and friendly service made our stay everything we had hoped for and more besides. The accomodation is excellent with everything you need. The beech is just a short walk away and there is a swimmingpool very close-by. Situated on the edge of a nature reserve the surrounding country-side is magnificant. Local ammenities in La-Marina are plentiful with good shops providing all you need for a self-catering holiday. Alicante, Elche and Guadamar provide great days out and many fiestas throughout the year. Visits to Elche and the Lemon Tree sunday market are especially reccommended. There's so much to do and see you'll wish you stayed longer. Our holiday was everything a silver wedding anniversary should be, but we won't be waiting another 25 years to go back. Highly reccommended. |

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely peaceful Sppanish Town. The Beach was beautiful and the weather was great. The Apartment was amazing,clean,comfortable and inviting. The only thing we could have ask for was a few more days!! We did not want to leave! We will definately tell all our friends of this treasure by the sea and hope to come back in the future. thanks so much for your hospitality.

My boyfriend and I spent 3 lovely nights at Norman and Lynda´s place. I was first really impressed with how personable Norman was and how accomodating he was in regards to our check in time. We hit some bad traffic on our way down. Norman and I kept in contact via text message until we finally got to the apartment and were able to pick up the keys. Norman gave us the tour and I was thrilled by how warm and inviting the apartment was. It is a really quiet area and was exactly the relaxing place we were looking for. The pool, beach, and nearby town were all very accessible. The apartment was very clean, had a lovely terrace, and extremely comfortable. Norman was also very accomodating in regards to our check out time as well which was very much appreciated. I would highly recommend staying with Norman and Lynda. We will definitely be back!
