About the home

On entering the grounds of the property you will find yourself in total seclusion with your own private 8x4 meter pool and Jacuzzi, with a BBQ and seating area.
On entering the property you will find yourself in the first of two lounges with a large, comfortable leather sofa, the perfect space to quietly relax with a book. You continue into the main lounge where you will find another comfortable seating area with a large flat screen TV and DVD player, showing the main English, German and Spanish channels. This property also benefits from wifi access.
Off the lounge there are two large twin bedrooms one benefiting from an en-suite walk-in shower with 'his and hers' sinks. Located outside both of the bedrooms is the family bathroom.
Continuing on through the lounge there is a fully fitted kitchen over looking the beautiful gardens complete with direct access to the pool and BBQ area.
The property benefits from an air conditioning unit situated in the centre of the property providing hot and cold air through along with ceiling fans in every room.
This property is well located just a short walk from the supermarkets, bars and restaurants and just a 5 minute drive to the 'Blue Flag' award winning beaches of La Marina.
The beautiful Spanish towns of Guardamar Del Segura and Santa Pola can be easily reached within 15 minutes. Both towns are locally renowned for their outstanding 'Catch of the day'.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

There are many local sites of interest including, Roman, Moorish and Spanish. Santa Barbara castle in Alicante and the caves of Canelbre at Busot are recommended. Hiking up the Callosa mountains, Benidorm zoo, Terra Mitica theme park, Elche’s safari park, the Aqua parks of Benidorm and Torrevieja and the hilltop town of Guardalest are all a fun day out. The La Marina area

La Marina is perfectly located for the ideal holiday. The urbanisation has many supermarkets, shops, banks, bars, restaurants and two water parks for the kids.
There is a local market on Thursday and Sunday. The following activities can all be found locally; Horse Riding, Cycling, Hiking, Rock Climbing, Scuba Diving, Water Sports including kite surfing, Jet ski’s, Gym, Bowls, Golf, Fishing, Tennis, Badminton, Go-karts, Jeep safari, Hang Gliding, Balloon flights, Quad bikes and Relaxing.
Where ever you stay in la Marina you are never to far from a commercial zone wher you will discover numerous places of international cuisine to choose from such as Spanish tapas, Argentinian steaks, Chinese, Indian, Mexican and good old pie and mash and roast dinners.

BMI Baby, British Airways, Easy jet, Ryanair, Monach, Thompson and Jet2 all offer cheap flights from the UK into Alicante and Murcia airports.
