About the home

Beautiful detached villa with private pool set in a prime location in La Marina close to the Aqua-park and local supermarket, bars and restaurants.

The property has a spacious interior which includes a lounge, separate dining room, 4 good sized bedrooms (all with en-suite), a study and fully fitted kitchen and also comes complete with A/C in the lounge and three of the bedrooms, central heating and English television. This villa resides on a 350SQM plot and is available for summer holidays and long winter lets.

This property is spacious and airy, with ample day light making it feel really homely. It is furnished to a high standard in a contemporary but cosy style, with comfortable and luxury furnishing.

With loads of space both inside and outside the property, you will have a choice of a relaxing evening on the sofa with a glass of wine or al fresco dining with your family and friends.

* All the rooms are furnished to a good standard with leather settees etc.

* There are 3 bathrooms upstairs which serve the 4 bedrooms, they all have bath and shower. The master bedroom has en-suite which has a corner jacuzzi bath and separate shower cubicle. There is also an additional wc downstairs.

* The property is very private with high walls and is secure with toughened glass windows and alarm.

Private 8 x 3.5 metre swimming pool which is cleaned weekly.

Sun - loungers are provided for your use.

There is a built in BBQ and a terrace area near the pool for al fresco dining. On the rooftop there is a solarium to enjoy the local views.

A 20% reservation deposit is required at the time of booking.

The balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival.

No smoking please inside the property.

A returnable damage deposit is required at the time of final payment which is €250.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

There are many local sites of interest including, Roman, Moorish and Spanish. Santa Barbara castle in Alicante and the caves of Canelbre at Busot are recommended. Hiking up the Callosa mountains, Benidorm zoo, Terra Mitica theme park, Elche’s safari park, the Aqua parks of Benidorm and Torrevieja.

The Mundomar an Aqua-Marine park in Beniform and the hilltop town of Guardalest are all a fun day out. There are many museums, caves and castles to explore. A short boat trip away is the Island of Tabarca well worth a visit, and for quieter days how about a hot air balloon ride, a boat trip along the coast or a jeep safari or just relaxing on the long sandy beaches that stretch uninterrupted for 10 miles.

The La Marina area

La Marina is perfectly located for the ideal holiday. The urbanisation has many supermarkets, shops, banks, bars, restaurants and two water parks for the kids. There is a market on Thursday and Sunday. You can hire out Quad bikes, Go-Karting, take a day membership at the gym to work off those holiday pounds or play tennis, badminton or bowls and patang.

We can provide private guided tours of some of the highlights of the Costa Blanca tailor made to suit you or you can pre book activities such as golf, fishing, scuba diving or even horse riding and kite surfing.

La Marina is just a 20 minute drive south from Alicante airport.
BMI Baby, British Airways, Easy jet, Ryanair, Monach, Thompson and Jet2 all offer cheap flights from the UK into Alicante and Murcia airports.
