Located on the outskirts of La Marina with panoramic views overlooking Guardamar and the surrounding countryside. La Finca golf course can be reached in 10-15 minutes, the lovely beaches that stretch for miles surrounded by pine forests and sand dunes and considered to be among the best on the Costa Blanca and are triple blue flag award winners and are just a 5 minute drive away.
Lazy days can be spent round the pool with a host of entertaining days out that include the resorts of Alicante, Santa Pola, Guardamar, Torrevieja and Benidorm.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
There are many local sites of interest including, Roman, Moorish and Spanish. Santa Barbara castle in Alicante and the caves of Canelbre at Busot are recommended. Hiking up the Callosa mountains, Benidorm zoo, Terra Mitica theme park, Elche’s safari park, the Aqua parks of Benidorm and Torrevieja and the hilltop town of Guardalest are all a fun day out. There are many museums, caves and castles to explore.
A short boat trip away is the Island of Tabarca well worth a visit, and for quieter days how about a hot air balloon ride or a jeep safari or just relaxing on the long sandy beaches that stretch uninterrupted for 10 miles.
La Marina / San Fulgencio area
La Marina is perfectly located for the ideal holiday. The urbanisation has many supermarkets, shops, banks, bars, restaurants and two water parks for the kids. There is a market on Thursday and Sunday. We can provide private guided tours of some of the highlights of the Costa Blanca tailor made to suit you or you can pre book activities such as golf, fishing, scuba or even horse riding and kite surfing.

La Marina is located just a 20 minute drive south from Alicante airport.
BMI Baby, British Airways, Easy jet, Ryanair, Monach, Thompson and Jet2 all offer cheap flights from the UK into Alicante and Murcia airports.

The main accommodation has 2 bedrooms and another bathroom with a large living area and separate kitchen. English television and air-conditioning are provided.

A private 6 x 4 meter pool. Sun loungers and table and chairs provided on both the terrace and in the garden.

Welcome packs can be provided in case of late arrivals. Golf and other activities can be pre- booked please ask for prices. Car hire can be booked from €17 euros per day. Airport collections or meet and greet can be arranged. Private tours of the Costa Blanca highlights can be arranged.
Conditions
A 20% reservation deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival. A returnable damage deposit is required at the time of final payment which is €250.
