'Villa Penroy' has 3 large air-conditioned double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The spacious principal bedroom is located on the the first floor and has a kingsize 'Tempur' bed. Its large en-suite includes a walk in shower and bidet. This bedroom opens on to an expansive balcony , which offers mountain views. The generously proportioned air-conditioned lounge/dining room is furnished to a high standard and offers satelitte T.V./radio
and opens on to another large balcony overlooking the pool. There is a well equipped kitchen and separately utility. The south facing front door opens on to a third balcony.
Outside, in the fully landscaped gardens, there are terraces and a 7mx4m pool with roman steps. Garden and pool lights combine to create a restful atmosphere after dusk. Off road parking, high walls and gates are supported by electronic security systems for peace of mind.

Villa Penroy is a modern villa located in an environment of other detached villa and generous plot sizes. The property is surrounded by high walls and the pool and its terrace have been further screened to provide privacy. Sun loungers, reclining chairs and parasols are provided and 'al fresco' meals may be taken under the gazebo around the 6 seater table and chairs.
The villa is set in an elevated position overlooking the promenading area of a Park.
Further details
Deposit of £150 required to secure booking, with balance 6 weeks prior to departure. There is a £100 security deposit. The villa will be available from 4.00pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed with our local agent. Whilst the hire of a car is recommended, there is a local coastal bus service which runs to the beach and other coastal towns.
The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Costa Blanca is rightly famous for its miles of blue flag beaches, golf courses and marvellous climate. There is however much more to see in such an historic area of Spain and we recommend that you find time to visit some of the historic castles, villages and beautiful interior countryside.
Examples such as the Castle in Alicante, the magnificent historic cities of Valencia and Murcia and the tiny village of Guadalest all repay the time taken in visiting them.
The La Marina / San Fulgencio area
La Marina has its own very quiet and unspoiled beach, reached through the pine trees and sand dunes beside the old La Marina Village. For the bustle of more developed beaches, try those at Guadamar, Santa Pola, Alicante or Torrevieja - all within easy reach from the villa by car or bus.
Other entertainments include several golf couses, Paramount's now famous Disney style 'Terra-Mitica' theme park in Benidorm. La Marina and its environs offers a wide selection of entertainments, with something for the whole family, such as water parks, go-carting, bowls, golf, nature walks and evening entertainment. There are restaurants for all pockets and tastes,many of which provide live entertainment.
The villa is a 4 minute walk from a newly opened Supermarket (which anchors some 30 to 40 other shops) and 10 minutes from a twice weeks market
