The property is well located being just a few minutes drive from all amenities such as supermarkets, bars and restaurants, the long sandy beaches and a good choice of golf courses. A 20 minute drive will get you to the resorts of Torrevieja or Santa Pola and 50 minutes to Benidorm.

This spacious detached villa has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a modern decor and luxury furniture. As you enter the villa from the pool area you find yourself. in the living /dining room with air-conditioning, ceiling fans, satellite LCD television and leather settees.
Also on the ground floor is the kitchen with all appliances a utility room, shower room and double bedroom with wardrobes and ceiling fans and also leads out to the garden. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms one has a double bed, one has 2 singles and the other has bunk beds the rooms have built in wardrobes and ceiling fans and two of them lead out to balconies. There is also a family bathroom.

The property resides on a 500m2 plot with a secure garden, a lovely inviting pool and tiled garden. There are 2 balconies to enjoy the view and garden furniture for sun bathing and al fresco dining.

A 20% reservation deposit is required at the time of booking.
The balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival.
A returnable damage deposit is required at the time of final payment which is €250.
The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
La Marina is perfectly located for the ideal holiday. The urbanisation has many supermarkets, shops, banks, bars, restaurants and two water parks for the kids. There is a market on Thursday and Sunday. There are many local sites of interest including, Roman, Moorish and Spanish. Santa Barbara castle in Alicante and the caves of Canelbre at Busot are recommended.
Hiking up the Callosa mountains, Benidorm zoo, Terra Mitica theme park, Elche’s safari park, the Aqua parks of Benidorm and Torrevieja and the hilltop town of Guardalest are all a fun day out. There are many museums, caves and castles to explore. A short boat trip away is the Island of Tabarca well worth a visit, and for quieter days how about a hot air balloon ride or a jeep safari or just relaxing on the long sandy beaches that stretch uninterrupted for 10 miles.
The La Marina / La Marina Complex area
La Marina is a popular retreat at any time of the year with plenty of bars, restaurants a a couple of night clubs. However it is not a lively resort and is more suitable for couples and families. The beaches of La Marina run for miles with sand dunes and pine forrests.
The Village of La Marina has a good selection of tapas bars, while the urbanization has a good choice of international cuisine from Chinese, Indian, Mexican, Italian and English.

La Marina is located just a 20 minute drive south of Alicante airport.

Thank you for this very nice house placed in La Marina. We stayed in La Marina for several times. So we know the region. We like the beach, where are not so many tourists. Most of the people are from spain (maybe 80% in july). TOPS: 1.The villa was clean. 2. There is place for 8 people. 3. The pool is perfect (about 8mx4m) 4. There is air conditioning Flops: 1. The airconditioning is only in the basement. One bedroom is in the basement, 3 are upstairs. There isn´t air conditioning in 3 bedrooms. It can be very hot in La Marina (sometimes over 40 degrees). 2. There was no coffee-machine (Germans like to drink coffee). The pans where worse. There was no dishwasher (we like it, but we know, that there are Problems with water pressure in La Marina. --- We bought a coffee-machine and a new pan (it doesn´t matter). |

Bookings of less than 7 nights are subject to a departure clean fee of 80€.
