The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
La Marina is perfectly located for the ideal holiday. The urbanisation has many supermarkets, shops, banks, bars, restaurants and two water parks for the kids. There is a market on Thursday and Sunday. There are many local sites of interest including, Roman, Moorish and Spanish. Santa Barbara castle in Alicante and the caves of Canelbre at Busot are recommended. Hiking up the Callosa mountains, Benidorm zoo, Terra Mitica theme park, Elche’s safari park, the Aqua parks of Benidorm and Torrevieja and the hilltop town of Guardalest are all a fun day out. There are many museums, caves and castles to explore. A short boat trip away is the Island of Tabarca well worth a visit, and for quieter days how about a hot air balloon ride or a jeep safari or just relaxing on the long sandy beaches that stretch uninterrupted for 10 miles.
La Marina / La Marina Complex area
La Marina is a popular retreat at any time of the year with plenty of bars, restauarants a a couple of night clubs. However it is not a lively resort and is more suitable for couples and families. The beaches of La Marina run for miles with sand dunes and pine forrests. The Village of La Marina has a good selection of tapas bars, while the urbanization has a good choice of international cuisine from Chinese, Indian, Mexican, Italian and English.
How to get there
La Marina is located just a 20 minute drive south of Alicante airport. British airways, BMI, Easyjet, jet2, Ryanair, Monarch and Thompson all fly regulary to Alicante and Murcia airports. Car hire can be booked through us if required, please ask for a quote.

As you enter the villa from the pool area you find yourself. in the living /dining room with air-conditioning, ceiling fans, satellite LCD television and leather seettees. Also on the ground floor is the kitchen with all appliances a utility room, shower room and double bedroom with wardrobes and ceiling fans and also leads out to the garden. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms one has a double bed, one has 2 singles and the other has bunk beds the rooms have built in wardrobes and ceiling fans and two of them lead out to balconies. There is also a family bathroom.

Conditions
A 250 euros reservation deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival. A returnable damage deposit is required at the time of final payment which is €250.

Balance required 4 weeks prior to arrival together with a returnable damage deposit of 250 euros which is refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
