The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

La Marina is perfectly located for the ideal holiday. The urbanisation has many supermarkets, shops, banks, bars, restaurants and two water parks for the kids. There is a market on Thursday and Sunday. There are many local sites of interest including, Roman, Moorish and Spanish. Santa Barbara castle in Alicante and the caves of Canelbre at Busot are recommended. Hiking up the Callosa mountains, Benidorm zoo, and Guardalest are all a fun day out. There are many museums, caves and castles to explore. A short boat trip away is the Island of Tabarca well worth a visit, and for quieter days how about a hot air balloon ride or a jeep safari. The area has many fiestas throughout the year along with special events such as 'Party in the Park in Torrevieja and the La Marina fun day in May. The theme parks in Benidorm such as Terra Mitica and Mundomar are popular for a family day out and are about a 50 minute drive away.

Any of these can be booked by us prior to your arrival, with up to 15% discounts on some activities, except the relaxing that is free.

How to get there

La Marina is only a 20 minute drive south from Alicante airport.
British Airways, BMI, Easyjet, Jet2, Monarch and Ryanair all serve Alicante and Murcia airports from the UK.
We can arange low cost car hire with payment on arrival please ask for quote.

2 bedrooms downstairs both twins, 2 bedrooms upstairs one is a master bedroom with en-suite the other is located in the turret room which is located on the solarium and can only be accessed through the master bedroom.

The villas surround the communal pool which is secure and private and also has a children's pool and plenty of room for sun bathing.

English speaking representatives are at hand to deal with any issues. Our local office is open 10.00 - 18.00 Monday - Friday and 10.00 - 13.00 on Saturdays with an emergency mobile number for out of hours.
Welcome packs can be provided at a cost of 20 euros these include items such as Tea, Coffee, Cereal, Milk, bear or wine, bread etc
Most activities can be booked in advance such as golf, scuba diving, hot air balloon rides etc discounts of up to 15% are given.

Conditions

A reservation deposit (non-refundable) of 250 euors is required at time of booking with the balance required 4 weeks prior to arrival together with a refundable breakages deposit of 250 euros, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

Departure clean is charged at 80 euros and linen and towels are 10 euros per person.

You can pay by credit/debit card (1% bank charge) or bank transfer.

250 euro reservation deposit is required at time of booking.

Balance required 4 weeks prior to arrival together with a returnable damage deposit of 250 euros which is refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
