The Marina Del Mar complex is ideal for a great family holiday being just a few minutes walk to local supermarkets (even an English one) bars and restaurants. You will also find the popular communal pool to be closeby and safe and private and the children wont want to get out so that the adults can go for a drink.
This property makes a good base for exploring all the Costa Blanca has to offer, the blue flag beaches are a short five minute drive and there are numerous golf courses to choose from.

Any of these can be booked by us prior to your arrival, with up to 15% discounts on some activities, except the relaxing that is free.

La Marina is easily reached by flights into Alicante and Murcia. Jet2, British Airways, Ryanair, Easyjet, Monarch and BMI all offer cheap flights.

The property boasts a modern light decor with 3 good sized bedrooms a downstairs shower room and 1st floor family bathroom. There is a modern fitted kitchen with all apliances and everything required for your stay.
There is ample room to enjoy the sun with a garden, terrace, 1st floor balcony and rooftop solarium to choose from. Inside the propery you will find ceiling fans to all rooms, English Satellite television and DVD player.

Conditions

A non-refundable booking deposit of 250 Euros is required to reserve your property for your dates.
The remainder is required 4 weeks prior to your stay together with a damage deposit of €250 which will be returned on your credit card within 14 days as long as no breakages/damage has occured.

NB: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.

Departure clean is charged at 70 euros and linen and towels are 10 euros per person.

You can pay by credit/debit card (1% bank charge) or bank transfer.

250 euro reservation deposit is required at time of booking.

Balance required 4 weeks prior to arrival together with a returnable damage deposit of 250 euros which is refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
