Home description
This is a brand new attractive detached villa in a gated development with a large communal pool overlooking the El Hondo Nature Reserve. The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can sleep up to 6 people plus a baby (travel cot provided).
It is in a quiet location with very little traffic noise and is excellent for couples and families. Shops, bars and restaurants are in a close proximity and an excellent beach is within a 5 minutes drive.
For golf enthusiasts there are a numerous courses.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Costa Blanca is famous for its tourism. Once upon a time the places along the coast were mostly just tiny fishing villages but with the fantastic climate and beaches it attracted tourists and the area boomed.
The Costa Blanca has over 100 kms of sandy beaches and rocky coves and many of the beaches have the coveted European Blue Flag signifying cleanliness and safe bathing.
The Costa Blanca is a beautiful region with mountains stretching along most of the coast. The A7 motorway (with some toll sections) stretches from north to south along the coast. The N-332 also runs parallel, yet is free from charges, although much slower as it passes through many towns.
The Costa Blanca isn't necessarily a place one would go to see historical monuments (although there are many). it's attractions lie in it's beauty - the amazing vivid blue Mediterranean waters, the lovely sandy beaches and the old towns and villages with their old narrow streets.
You can sit and relax outside in the bars and restaurants because of the wonderful all-year round climate. It is simply a wonderful place in which to enjoy life and feel rejuvenated and refreshed.
There are a lot of flights into Alicante and Murcia airport.
La Marina / San Fulgencio area
La Marina Urbanization offers a wide selection of shops, bars and restaurants. The nearest bar/restaurant is El Horreo which is a 2 minute walk from the villa. There is a commercial centre, about a 15 minute walk, with a supermarket, shops, bars and restaurants. There is also a tourist information office, here you can get information on bus routes and trips to other resorts, which is opposite the supermarket.
The nearest Blue Flag beach is Playa La Marina wtth 11km of golden sand and a beachside restaurant.
Guardamar is a larger more popular resort with an excellent beach and a promenade with cafes, bars and restaurants, lovely to walk in the evening and have a coffee and take in the ambience. It has a large market on a Wednesday and an evening market around the park in the summer months.
Torrevieja is a 15 minute drive and has plenty of shops, a Carrefour Hypermarket and a modern shopping mall called Habaneras. There is also a large market on a Friday and a pleasant marina and a waterpark open in the summer months.
For golfers there is an excellent choice to choose from: • La Marquesa at Rojales ~ 10 minutes drive • La Finca at Algorfa • La Rambles at Villamartin ~ 20 mintues drive • La Manga (approximately 45 minutes drive)

How to get there
Fly to either Alicante or Murcia Airport - the villa is approximately 20mins from Alicante and 40 mins from Murcia.
Cheap airlines from the UK fly to both airports, i.e. Ryanair, Monarch, BMI Baby, ThomsonFly, Jet2, EasyJet, etc.
Car hire is available at the airport, we use Centauro (www.centauro.net)

Further details indoors: The villa comprises on the :- 1. Ground Floor ~ A spacious open plan lounge with 2 three-seater sofas seating 6 comfortably, a television and DVD Player. There is also a game console with games to keep the children and adults amused. A small hallway leads to a kitchen with all the modern facilities including a dishwasher and fridge freezer.
There is a bedroom with 2 single beds, wardrobe, and a side table. A shower room complete with WC, sink , shower cubicle, mirror with light overhead .
2. A marble staircase leads to:- First Floor - The master bedroom with a double bed, side tables, mirrored large wardrobe and a patio door which leads to a balcony with table and chairs and views overlooking El Hondo Nature Reserve.
The second bedroom has a single bed, with a bed underneath,a side table and a large wardrobe with a patio door leading to a balcony with table and chairs.
There is also a bathroom with WC, sink, bath, overhead shower and bidet.
3. A staircase leads to the:- Solarium with sun loungers (a brilliant place for sun worshippers) and views over the El Hondo Nature Reserve. Sit with a glass of wine and watch the sun go down, Heaven!!!!
Air conditioning/Heating is available at an extra cost.
The washing machine and airer is also housed in the utility area to the left on the solarium.
Further details outdoors: To the front of the villa is a patio area with a table, chairs and parasol. The villa is walled with a lockable gate, therefore, it is safe and secure for children to play The car can be loaded and unloaded outside the villa. At all other times it must be parked outside the gated area.

Welcome Packs & Airport Transfers are available at an extra charge. If staying for more than 1 week an optional bed linen & towel charge can be arranged payable locally.

Conditions
We will reserve dates on request for up to 48 hours, after which a non-refundable deposit of £100 per week will be required.
The balance, along with a £100 deposit against breakages, is then required 8 weeks before the start of the holiday. The breakages deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks of departure subject to a satisfactory property inspection.
Cancellation ~ the deposit and holiday costs, once paid, are not refundable in the event of cancellation ~ you are recommended to take out a comprehensive insurance policy against this unfortunate eventuality.
Strictly No Smoking inside the Villa.
Families with young children must take care with supervision around the pool area as we cannot be held liable for any accidents.

There is a charge for Changeover/Cleaning of 50euros payable to our Agent on arrival, which is not included in the above rates.
If you require aircon/heating there is an additional charge of £25.00 (30euros) per week. This is to cover the cost of the electricity, and it will be monitored to avoid unnecessary waste or abuse.
CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR WILL BE CHARGED AT £245.00 PER WEEK

Had fantastic time. First holiday abroad in many years and first time using a private villa. The accommodation was great. Very spacious, comfortable & clean with all mod cons. It easily accommodated us all - 2 adults, 2 teenagers and two children. The pool was ideal and the children made friends very easily. One of the best features is the neighbours and locals are extremely helpful giving advice on where to go and what activities are available. Location again very good, within 30 mins from airport and very close to various beaches, restaurants & bars. Would say that a car is required to make best use of time there. David Losinski - July 08
