About the home

The accommodation sleeps six , there is a main double bedroom with access onto its own terrace, two further bedrooms have a double bed and a single bed, there is also a travel cot available and the lounge setee also puls out to make double bed. The property is completely walled in, providing privacy and security for the young ones. There is television in the lounge providing 30 channels. There is a bathroom on the first floor and a shower room on the groud floor. The kitchen is fully eqipped with washing machine, microwave etc. On the roof is a further large terrace with extensive views. The garden area is furnished with a table and six chairs and a parasol, there is also a hammock on the roof terrace and two sun loungers on the master bedroom terrace. There are lots of bars, shops and restaurants within walking distance and there is a good market in La Marina on Thursday and Sunday each week. For golfers there are several excelloent courses within a short drive.

The paved garden area is on two levels and a very pleasant and as said previously to enjoy meals and generally relax. The communal pool area can be seen from the kichen door and the roof terrace so an eye can be kept on the young ones although under 12s must be accompanied, the pool urles are displayed clearly on the gate

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

With beautiful white beaches stretching for miles and stunning inland scenery the costa blanca has something to offer everyone
Blessed with one of the worlds healthiest climates and with modern facilities in the towns and cities, the costa blanca is a wonderful place to discover.
Within easy reach of La Marina there are plenty of places to visit including
Elche , this area is one of the largest palm growing regions in the world, it also has many shoe maufacturers with outlets for the public to view shoe making and purchase some bargains.

Guadamar el Segur, this town has a lovely beach and has many restaurants including very reasonable chinese, where four or five courses can cost as little as 5 euros each .

Alicante itself is a large bustling city with all modern shops and a huge shopping mall with all the famous named outlets trading there

Further north near Benidorm, there are waterparks,theme parks like terra mitica and Benidorm itself providing brilliant days out.

A drive South will take you to the Salt lake areas of torrevieja where people can bathe in the salt drenched waters.

The La Marina / La Marina Complex area

The village of San Fulgencio is the administrative centre for La Marina, this is a beautiful village with melons sellers on the roadside as you approach it. They hold many fiestas here as they do in all the local villages, with magnificent firework displays and exhibitions of the local cultures.

Fly to Alicante - La Marina is just a 25 minute drive, or a 40 minute drive from Murcia airport.
You can fly easyjet,ryanair,jet2,bmibaby,and a host of others depending where you are flying from
Transfers from the airports can be arranged if required at a reasonable charge
There is a local bus sevice to the beach, and there are local taxis on La Marina complex

“Ideal location with lots of space” We stayed here with our daughter, grandson and daughters friend. The villa was very spacious and well equipped, we struggled with the electric cooker (we use gas) but this was quickly resolved by the caretaker and no further problems were encountered. All furnishings were very comfortable and with two bathrooms there were no queues! It is situated on one of the main roads in the urbanization, but this did not spoil our enjoyment as the traffic was very rarely heard. Everything you could want was in this villa (including washing up liquid!!!) and I would fully recommend anyone to stay here. We tried to book again for the following year (different time) but unable to, so if you want to go, book it quick! A car is required for this location as the beach (very good one) is about a 5 minute drive away.

There is a charge of 60 euros payable on arrival to our Agent in Spain, he lives directly across the road from the villa, so contact with him will always be available.

A discount of 20% may be obtained for bookings of 21 days or longer

Arrival and departure times are flexible to suit yourselves i.e. the property may be used up until the time you need to depart for the airport;

Prices quoted are for the week and a £50 non refundable deposit will be required within seven days of booking the balance being paid no later than six weeks before departure, Prices remain the same during school holiday periods.

You are responsible for making your own travel arrangements,although i can provide details of transport for up to eight people and arranging travel insurance. You must have valid passport and EHIC card, this replaced the old E111 entitling you to free emergency medical treatment within the EU
