Self catering Spanish villa which sleeps 4/6 people.The villa is a 5 minute drive from the superb blue flag beach of La Marina. There are 2 fantastic swimming pools on a complex which provide a restaurant,children's play area etc There is a charge for using the pool which will be 5 euros. The urbanisation provides a huge selection of facilities-chinese,indian,italian,spanish and english restaurants. The property is a 3 minute walk to all amenities, with a huge selection of restaurants,bars supermarkets, snooker club,banks and much more.
The villa benefits from 2 patio areas with sun all day,with one double bedroom and one twin bedroom the villa is ideal for families with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Alicante city is just 30km to the north and Torrevieja is just 15km to the south. The beautiful old town of Elche is 10km inland and is famous for its thousands of palm trees.It is known as the City of Palms.
There is sea fishing available from the beach and fresh water fishing on the banks of the Segura at Guardamar. La Marquesa golf course is a 10 minute drive away at Roales. Las Ramblas and Villamartin golf courses are about a 20 minute drive.
There is a theme park which is open in the summer months at Santa Pola-a 2/3 minute drive from our villa.
La Marina / La Marina Complex area
La Marina is a costal village on the Costa Blanca and has a superb Blue flag beach. There is a waterpark which is open daily 15 minute drive in to Torrevieja.
The urbanisation provides a huge selection of facilities -chinese,indian,italian,spanish and english restaurants. There is a large variety of different types of bars,snooker club,internet cafes,souvenir shops,supermarkets,banks etc.
There are markets in La Marina on Thursday and Sunday,every day of the week sees markets somewhere in the area -Santa Pola,Guardamar,La Mata etc.
How to get there
Fly to Alicante -La Marina is a 20 minute drive from airport. Cheap flights available from www.flybe.com and www.easyjet.co.uk Car hire available from www.carjet.com There are always local taxis available outside the airport.

We do ask if you could leave the villa as you left it we do not employ cleaners as our rent is so reasonable so we do expect our clients to give it a clean before they leave.
