We are pleased to offer this Brand New Modern 5 Bedroom Family Villa in La Marina rent which has been finished and equipped to a very high standard. Ideally situated for those who want to get away for a quiet holiday with a 8 x 4 metre swimming pool and large sun terraces.

Only a 5 minute walk from the Large Supermarket and plenty of bars some offering night time entertainment, restaurants and shops.

A popular local market is held on Thursdays and Sundays - within 4 minute walk of this property, which is great for all those holiday souvenirs and presents for the family.

In the main area of this Hot/Cold Air conditioned villa you will find a dining area with table and chairs, TV and DVD player, the lounge area is equipped with settees , TV and tv unit patio doors which lead out to the terrace with table and chairs and with views over the pool.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with washing machine, fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, micro- wave, kettle, coffee maker, utensils and crockery and cutlery are on hand as you would expect.

Master bedroom double bed, bedside cabinets and built in wardrobe. En-suite with shower, WC and wash hand basin.

2nd bedroom is equipped with, two single beds, bedside cabinet and built-in wardrobe.

To secure your holiday a deposit of 20% of the holiday price is required. The balance will be due 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday and the £300 returnable security bond and the one off £90 linen/final cleaning fee to add must be paid.

Wi-Fi is available at 15 euro a week, payable at the property.

The hot and cold air conditioning in this property is metered, on a pay as you use bases. (under normal use £15 to £20 a week should cover the cost)

The property will be cleaned to a high standard and fresh bed linen, bath towels, hand towels are provided.

We can also supply cot and Highchair hire at 20 euro a week each.

Arrival at the property is from 1600 hrs and departure from 10.00hrs.
