Beautiful holiday villa situated in the pretty urbanisation of La Marina just 20 minutes drive from Alicante Airport. It has a private 8 x 4 pool, 3 large terraces,, off road parking/patio and a garden area. Only 5 minute walk to the shops, bars and restaurants.

We are pleased to offer this beautiful very large and spacious 3 bedroom villa with 8 beds for rent. Ideally situated for those who want to get away for a quiet holiday, this large villa is over two floors on a 1000sq metre plot with a 8 x 4 metre swimming pool and large sun terraces.

The main entrance leads into attractive conservatory with 3 seater sofa and table chairs overlooking the pool and garden area. In the main area of this Air Conditioned property you will find a the lounge area which is equipped with large L shape sofa, coffee table, TV and DVD player.

The kitchen comes equipped with microwave, dish washer, fridge freezer, oven and hob, toaster, kettle. All utensils and crockery and cutlery are on hand as you would expect.


Air Conditioned Master Bedroom with double bed, built-in wardrobe, bedside cabinets. En-Suite bath with shower, WC, bidet and wash hand basin. Patio doors leading out to the large sun terrace with sun loungers.

Please note that a 20% reservation deposit is payable on booking, and the balance is payable 8 weeks before your holiday. All credit card payments will incur a 4% surcharge.

There is also a 200 GBP returnable damage deposit.

There is a one off 65 Euro linen/final clean fee for 6 persons or 75 euro for 7 to 8 persons.

Cot and Highchair hire are also available.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

There is plenty to do for both golfers and non golfers alike, with beaches, water sports, Safari Park, horse riding, shopping and general sightseeing all close by. There are four cities within an hour's drive - Alicante to the north, Elche to the north west, Murcia to the west and Cartegena to the south and two major international airports close by - Alicante and Murcia's San Javia - both within 40 minutes drive. 5 championship Golf Courses within 15 minutes drive from this property. The unspoilt town and beautiful beaches of La Marina Village are within a 5-minute drive from this property.

This is an area where there is plenty to do with beaches, water sports, Safari Park, horse riding, shopping and general sightseeing all close by. Only 15 minute drive to the city of Elche and within 30 minutes drive from Alicante and two major international airports close by Alicante 20 minutes and Murcia's San Javia 35 minutes drive. 6 championship Golf Courses within 30 minutes drive from this property. Bounded by the beautiful Mediterranean on one side and thousands of acres of fruit groves inland. The scenery is breathtakingly beautiful and within moments you can be driving in picturesque open countryside, where you can stop and pick a fresh orange or lemon and enjoy the fabulous bounty that nature has gifted to this part of the world.

Elche to the north-west is the capital of the El Baix district and the Valencian region's third largest city in terms of population. Elche had its original location at L'Alcudia where the bust of the Lady of Elche was found, however the Moors moved the city to its current position, surrounded by groves of palm trees. Today over 300,000 officially protected palm trees in the city lend it a somewhat exotic air. These palms are evident on every street corner and can be especially enjoyed in the well-tended city park and just a short walk away in the Huerto del Cura (Priest's Garden), where a palm in the form of a seven-armed candelabra is a good example of the freaks of nature

The La Marina / La Marina Complex area

La Marina is perfectly located for the ideal holiday. The urbanisation has many supermarkets, shops, banks, bars, restaurants. There is a market on Thursday and Sunday. There are many local sites of interest including, Roman, Moorish and Spanish. Santa Barbara castle in Alicante and the caves of Canelbre at Busot are recommended.
