Further details indoors: In the main living area of this Villa you will find a spacious dining area with table and 6 chairs, Welsh dresser, the lounge area is furnished with a 3 piece leather suite consisting of 3 - seater settee and a 2 seater settee and 1 armchair, side board and coffee table TV with UK channels and DVD player, Hi Fi unit. Patio doors lead out to a large sun terrace with table chairs and sun loungers. The second Air Conditioning lounge also has Sofa bed, 2 seater settee and two armchairs, open fire place, bookcase and CD player.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with fridge freezer, 4-ring gas cooker with electric oven, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, Iron, orange squeezer, utensils, crockery and cutlery for eight persons are on hand as you would expect. Washing machine and Ironing board is in the adjacent utility room.
Three Bedrooms, two doubles, one twin there is also a Sofa bed in the Air Conditioning second lounge.
The main bedroom has a double size bed and has patio doors leading out onto a sun terrace. The second bedroom also has a double size bed and en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom has two single beds and there is also a sofa bed in the second lounge.
Two new bathrooms, Master bathroom with shower, bath, WC, bidet and wash hand basin. En- Suite bathroom has a power shower, WC, bidet and wash hand basin.
The Swimming Pool is 10 x 5 metre with roman steps and is surrounded by spacious terraces with sun lounges, table and chairs, there is also a barbecue with under cover seating for up to 10 people . Tennis Court and Roof terrace, which is accessed by external staircase and has stunning panoramic country views.

There is a one off cleaning charge of 65 euros payable on arrival. Cot and Highchair hire are also available
