The apartment has one double and one twin bedroom, a spacious kitchen and a lounge with bed settee for occasional use. Both bathrooms are beautifully tiled with illuminated mirrors over the hand basins.There is a balcony furnished with table and chairs leading from the lounge and both bedrooms overlooking a small park, and giving stunning views of the Mediterranean and the Isle of Tabarca. The apartment is ideal for couples or families with older children and with many excellent golf courses less than an hour’s drive away, it makes a great base for golfers.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Costa Blanca revolves round sun, sea and sand, with plenty of good food and surrounded by beautiful inland mountains, vineyards and orange and lemon groves. You have all the tourist resorts and attractions, such as Benidorm, alongside towns and villages where much of traditional Spanish life has remained untouched. It's called the Costa Blanca due to the miles and miles of white sandy beaches, which are safe and clean all year round.
The Costa Blanca area has its own micro-climate and enjoys over 3,000 hours of sunshine annually with rainfall mainly in the winter months.
La Marina area
La Marina Village is just a 10-minute walk from La Marina beaches, which are protected by seaside dunes and a natural pine forest - ideal for picnics and some much wanted shade in the hot summer months.
The village is just a a 5-minute drive from La Marina Urbanisation, which has numerous bars and restaurants, and it's own market on Sundays & Thursdays. Every day of the week sees markets somewhere in the area and within a 15-minute drive - with evening trinket markets in Santa Pola, Torrevieja and Guardamar during the summer months.
From Santa Pola you can catch a 25-minute ferry crossing to the Isle of Tabarca, again respite from the hot summer sun.
Guardamar del Segura has an excellent promenade, parks and yet more of that white sand.
Torrevieja also has its promenade, some fine shops and it's own waterpark.
Also a must see is the historic 'palm city' of Elche, with over 300,000 palms growing in it's parks, squares, gardens and streets.
For the golfers there are over a dozen fine golf courses within a 1-hour drive with discounts to be had in the summer months.
For those seeking the thrills of roller coaster rides there is Terra Mitica Theme Park in Benidorm just an hours drive away.

Local 'Costa Azul' buses run regularly between Alicante and the town. There are always local taxis available - fare from the airport should be no more than 25 euros.
