This Large Detached Villa in situated in the private urbanisation of La Escuera. Here you will only find other exclusive villas.It is adjacent to the urbanisation of La Marina .The viila is a short distant to all shops bars restaurants, chemist, supermarkets Internet cafe, Banks etc.

The villa is set on a very generous walled plot with 8 x 4 private swimming pool with Roman access steps.
There is ample room to enjoy the sun with terraces and balconies. Secure parking via double gates with enough parking for 2- 3 cars.

Less than a 5 mins drive to the Blue Flag beaches of La Marina.

Inside you will find a very large living room with UK Sat TV,DVD and seating for 6 with a 2 and 3 seater sofa and arm chair and separate dining room with contemporary style furniture, kitchen with all appliances with laundry room off the kitchen .A great VIilla for a self catering holiday.3 tastefully decorated bedrooms all with air-conditioning , built in wardrobes and en-suite to the master bedroom and a large family bathroom.

This villa is ideal for a family holiday centrally located close to a commercial area which has a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants and the beaches of the Mediterranean, numerous golf courses, places of historic interest and the resorts of Guardamar, Santa Pola and Torrevieja are all close by.
There is an internet cafe close by for those that need to keep in touch with work provding computers, internet photo copy, faxing etc or bring your own lap top

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Theme Parks: Terra Mitcica just outside Benidorm is a 45 minute drive and is a great day out with white knuckle roller coasters and children's rides.
Water Parks: Aqualandia is close to Terra Mitica and has some great rides all guaranteed to get you soaked.
Sea Life Parks: Mundomar is near Benidorm and has dolphins, sea lions and other entertainers on show.
Safari Parks: Elche is a 15 minute drive and has some great children activities and shows and a good selection of wild animals.

Museums: Alicante, Santa Pola, Torrevieja, Guardamar and Elche all have museums exhibiting pieces from the past and the people who lived in this area such as the Romans, Iberians and Moors.
Castles: Santa Barbara castle is the most famous but there are many castles in the area and most dating back to the 12th century.

Places to explore: of Alicante, Elche, Cartegena.
Resorts and Beaches: La Marina Santa Pola, Guardamar and Torrevieja.

Shopping Elche, Torrevieja, Alicante and Murcia.
Other good days out: Local caves at Buscot, The medieval town in the mountains at Guardalest, local fiestas, the island of Tabarca or finding a sea front restaurant and order tapas and sangria while people watching with the sound of the sea in the background.

The La Marina area

La Marina is an urbanization very close to Guardamar and Santa Pola and is just 25 minutes drive south of Alicante airport and 45 north of Murcia airport.

La Marina has a tourist information office, English speaking dentist surgery and medical centres. There is an abundance of restaurants to choose from including traditional Spanish fare / tapas, English, German, Italian, Dutch, Indian and of course Chinese.

Numerous bars, supermarkets and shops are all near by including an internet cafe.. Some of the bars have discos or pub games / quizzes. Others are more quiet for a relaxing drink and chat. Also on the urbanization, there are two communal pool areas with water slides, ideal for families and small children, with cafes and children's play areas. Other activities include tennis courts and bowls for you to enjoy.

The excellent and renowned white sandy beach of La Marina (which has received a Blue Flag award) is approximately 2 kilometres away and has a great beach bar and restaurant.
There is an excellent large local market on Thursdays and Sundays selling everything from, shoes, handbags, leathers, clothes.

Had a great holiday and the viila was spot on with every thing we needed.The kids loved the pool it was the 1st time we had rented with a private pool.No more sharing from now on.-Karen

We had a most enjoyable time the viila was in a quite area just what we needed and was very clean and had all the items we needed even a hairdryer.
