The Abity apartments are situated on the Northern end of La Manga facing both the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean sea. The area enjoys two seas and the beaches that come with it.

The complex is less than 200m from the sea and next to the Marina. The views are stunning and one could not wish for a better position in the area. These are very exclusive and sort after apartments that are fully equipped and furnished, two good sized bedrooms to sleep 4 people.

The Abity Spa Hotel is on-site and offers an extra pool, spa facilities and a health suite.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region

La Manga is an increasingly popular destination amongst holidaymakers from all over Spain and abroad. It is a fairly unique destination, being a narrow strip of land between two seas, namely the Mediterranean and the Mar Menor (Spain's beautiful inland sea). One of the real advantages of a holiday in La Manga is that you can make the most of the Mediterranean coast with its turquoise seas and vibrant towns, as well as the more peaceful Mar Menor with its shallow waters, sandy beaches and tranquil fishing villages. As if that wasn't enough, La Manga is also blessed with a near-perfect climate, including over 320 days of sunshine every year!

The Mar Menor also has a wide variety of watersport activities that are suitable for both children and adults. The marine is only 10mins walk away and hosts a full array of cosmopolitan restaurants that will cater for everyone's taste.

Immediately outside the apartment block you can find two great restaurants, one Spanish and one Italian. Also, there is a good bakery and coffee shop where you can enjoy a nice croissant while relaxing in the Spanish sunshine.

9 hole golf course is just 15mins walk, or 15mins drive - whichever you prefer. Buses also run this route every 15mins.

For those wanting to relax the Mar Menor boasts therapeutic qualities and people travel from all over to bath in the waters and use the clay/mud treatments.

The two closest airports to the apartment are Murcia San Javier Airport [40 minutes drive away] and Alicante El Altet Airport [1hour 20 minutes drive away].

A number of airlines fly into the area including Easyjet, Ryanair, Monarch, and British Midland. Please also take a look at www.skyscanner.net.

Hire cars are available from the airport. Prices vary throughout the year, please check a comparison website like moneysupermarket.com.

A £50 non-refundable deposit is required upon your booking being confirmed with the balance required 6 weeks before travel. Please, if you have to cancel for any reason, advise the owner as early as possible to allow us to re-advertise the let.

There is a departure cleaning charge of £50, in addition to the rental cost. This pays for cleaning throughout and changing of linens, towels etc ready for the next occupants -- this is payable with the balance.

A refundable deposit of £100 is payable with the final balance payment to cover any accidental damage, breakages and losses. This will be refunded following a satisfactory inspection after your departure.

The keys will be sent recorded delivery to any UK address along with the 'rentals pack' which includes directions etc 10 days prior to your arrival.
