The Costa Calida/Murcia region
The area boasts over 320 days of sunshine per annum making it an ideal place for holidays in both summer and winter. The water temperature of the Mar Menor in summer reaches 35c and so is a good spot for families as the Mar Menor also benefits from shallow waters.
The apartment is placed on the sort after complex of Verdemar 3 which offers indoor and outdoor pools, gym, sauna and spa facilities.
The village is located on the edge of the famous Mar Menor which offers a whole host of water sports to suit anyone from novice to expert.
La Manga Del Mar Menor / Playa Honda area
Playa Honda is an up and coming area with a wide selection of shops, restaurants and supermarkets.
Just a short car ride away is the world famous La Manga Golf Club which offers championship golf courses as well as tennis, spa facilities and a wide selection of bars and restaurants to sample.
The Mar Menor enables you to try your hand at many water sports including scuba diving, wind surfing and water skiing to name but a few. The land around the Mar Menor is relatively flat which makes it ideal for walking and cycling and bikes can be hired nearby.
The nearby villages have markets on varying days of the week and these provide a large selection of fruit & vegetables, meat, fish, household items and many other products. Just a short car ride away there are many more shops and restaurants which offer national and international cuisine at very reasonable prices. Also available nearby is a full sized go-kart track aswell as horse riding.

Further details indoors: The master bedroom is fully air conditioned and has tv adaptors in the room. It also provides excellent sea views. The room has a full length double fitted wardrobe and contains extra blankets and extra pillows for our guests.
The second bedroom has two single beds and overlooks a children's play area and also contains a full length double fitted wardrobe and contains extra blankets and extra pillows.
The lounge area is air conditioned and is in imaculate condition. It contains a dining area with full facilities for up to six guests. The sofa bed can be used for accomodating two further guests if required - all bedding is contained at the property. There is a TV and a combination DVD + VIDEO player aswell.
The room opens out onto a terrace which accommodates a table with six chairs. From the terrace there are excellent views of the the complex aswell as breathtaking sea views of the Mar Menor.
Further details outdoors: The terrace is spacious and provides a good options for sunbathing and for eating outdoors in the warm summer evenings.
The facilities on the complex are free for all of our guests to use and consist of a Gym, outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, children's pool, children's play area, a heated indoor pool and sauna. The complex is fully secured with access via a gated entrance guests are provided with their own individual keys to access the property.

All the facilties are available all year round and are shared by all the guests on the complex.
PRICE - The price of your holiday is the price shown on your email confirmation or invoice, and this is the price you pay. When you book your holiday you will have to pay either:
The deposit or the full cost of the holiday if it is 8 weeks or less before you go
VACATING THE PROPERTY - The premises must be vacated by 11 a.m. on the day of departure.
No pets or animals allowed
PAYMENTS - The first stage payment of £100 will be required to secure your booking. The balance of the monies plus a deposit of £150.00 to cover any damage or breakages will be required 8 weeks prior to your departure date. If booking less than 8 weeks of your departure date, then a full payment plus £150.00 breakage deposit will be required to secure your booking. Note that the deposit will be refunded within seven days of your return date.
The accommodation provided is for the sole use of the persons stipulated on the booking form. Sub-letting is strictly not permitted.

We went wih our young daughter and found that the apartment was luxurious and had excellent facilities both inside and out. The beach was on the doorstep and was very family freindly

The La Manga Strip had lots of activities for kids and plenty of choices of bars and restaurants to choose from
The complex is sel f contained and is close to the airport aswell. The atmosphere is family freindly and we found the pool kept the kids busy all day long.
