If you like walking along white sandy beaches lined with palms waving in the sea breeze then welcome to the Costa Calida! There is an assortment of beaches to choose from which are close by as well as a number of Spain´s most treasured towns and cities. The beautiful Murcia is only a short drive from The Villa as well as the stunning historic port town of Cartagena.
Day trips away can be organised easily and your car hire will ensure you have access to a full catalogue of must do visits. Alicante is only 40 minutes up the coast and the famous La Manga Club is only a short 10 minute drive. If you are into boats - then the marinas shouldn't be missed! A vibrant coastal culture with tastes of the true Iberian identity mixed with picture postcard scenery awaits you. Come and see for yourself - you will not want to leave.

A fully refundable security charge of £350.00 must be paid when making final settlement. Your security deposit will be returned to you after a house inspection has been carried out following your stay.
25% of the fee will be due upon reservation or full payment if the reservation is made within 8 weeks of departure. Money must be received into the nominated account no later than three days after your reservation is confirmed by telephone or fax.
Full settlement is due 8 weeks prior to travel with the additional security charge of £350
