The apartment is located near the Tomas Maestre Marina which is a busy marina where you can catch the ferry to the town of Santiago de las Ribiera, or sit and relax at one of the many restaurants, cafes or tapas bars. There are two supermarkets within walking distance. The apartment has two balconies, both with stunning sea views.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region
La Manga is situated on the Costa Calida. The unique peninsular divides the Mediterranean Sea from the salt water lagoon. The lagoon is very shallow and ideal for swimming and sailing. The lagoon has an average temperature of 18C throughout the year and stays mainly calm. The La Manga strip consists of hotels, bars, cafes, restaurants and beaches along both sides. The two nearest cities are Murcia, the area capital, and Cartagena, a beautiful coastal town. Both cities are rich in history.

La Manga is ideal for those that want to relax, swim, sail, fish, cycle, walk. Within easy reach of the apartment are local villages to visit, on the coast or inland. The area is rich in history. Nearby Cartagena is a cultural and historical city, it is the natural port of the Region of Murcia and in the centre of an extensive fertile area. Visit Lorca, a city that has evolved since prehistoric times. Take a ferry ride across to Santiago de las Ribiera, and don't forget to visit one of the many local markets.

Fly from most UK airports to San Javier/Murcia airport just 40 kilometres from La Manga, Alicante airport is an alternative at 100 kilometres. Both airports have budget airline flights e.g Easyjet, Ryanair. Car hire available from both airports.
