You can almost touch the sea from the balcony of this 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment on the 7th floor, right on the sea side. There is a great swimming pool between the apartment and the sea. A long sandy beach is located in front of the apartment, only a few steps away from Mar Menor, the biggest lagoon of Europe.
In only 20 meters distance you can find one of the nicest restaurants of the La Manga Strip, with its tables direct on the waterfront, fish specialties of the area and great steak BBQ in the summer. A supermarket and bakery is also in walking distance, as well as a number of other restaurants and bars.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region
The La Manga seaside resort area, part of the Murcia region, is one of the nicest climate areas of Spain. The number of sunshine hours is particularly high, therefore the temperature of the sea is also very pleasant. This part of the coast was actually named after these special qualities Costa Cálida that is Warm Coast.
La Manga is an approximately 22km long foreshore, which separates Mar Menor (Little Sea) from Mar Mayor (Large Sea, that is the Mediterranean sea) forming the wo seas. The narrowest part of the panhandle is only 100 m, while the widest part of it 1.5 km.
There is sunshine in the region over 320 days a year , and if you do happen to get some rain while visiting, it rarely lasts more than a couple hours.
La Manga Del Mar Menor / La Manga Strip area
The apartment is an ideal place to enjoy your holiday at the long sandy beaches in front of it, it is a great base for trips around the area and there are also many sports facilities for playing golf, going diving, tennis, fishing, quad biking and all manner of watersports including jet-skiing, surfing, kite surfing.
And there is a great number of Bars and Restaurants lined up all the way on La Manga Strip.
You can rent a car, there are many great places to visit, like Cartagena , Murcia the capital, and Caravacca de la Cruz, which is one of the 5 Holy Cities of the world. There are a lot of Fiestas in the area in spring and in the summer, and all the visitors are welcome there.
