A non refundable deposit payment of 20% of the total rental cost is required to secure a reservation. Thereafter the balance payment is required 6 weeks prior to arrival. For reservations within 6 weeks of the commencement of the arrival date the total rental cost is payable at time of booking.
A refundable breakage deposit of 100 pounds is required with balance payment.
