The apartment is on the eighth floor and has views over the Mar Menor and the Med with wonderful sunsets to be seen in the evenings
It is a very child friendly area and with the Mar Menor being a lagoon the water is warmer and calmer than the sea and a good spot for a relaxing family holiday
You can either rent a car and visit the surrounding area or there is a bus that goes up and down the strip all day which you can get off when you wish to go to the shops or visit one of the many restaurants
There are lots of water sports to do also there are many golf courses in the area

The La Manga strip is 22 kms long,and nestles between two seas the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean
The Mar Menor is an immense lake of warm salt water noted for its therapeutic properties. Many people come and cover themselves with the mud to help with their ailments
The average depth of the Mar Menor is 1.7 m this makes it ideal for enjoying the many water sports available
Also with the depth of the shore line being just 0.5m makes the water warm and safe for children
The La Manga Del Mar Menor / Luz Bahia area
There are a number of good restaurants in the area and many at the marina which is close by.
There are also plenty of supermarkets and many shops to visit along the strip.
The famous golf course of La Manga is at the end of the strip.
