The pènthouse is on the last floor serviced by a lift which goes down to the underground car park and pool area. It is furnished to a high standard having a separate fully equipped kitchen with every thing you will need for a self catering holiday for up to 6 people. It has a Fridge/Freezer and washing machine with an external laundry area with a separate sink. The open plan dining area with table and chairs also incorporates the lounge and TV area. The TV with a DVD player having English, Spanish and German channels. There is also a private solarium. All towels and bed linen are supplied. Pool or beach towels are not supplied.

The large Balcony has a table and chairs which over looks the whole pool area and the lagoon. It is ideal to eat most of your meals on which is for a large part of the year. The secure under ground parking is situated in the basement and is reached only by remote or key entry operating electric doors and by lift or stairs directly from the apartment also having a secure vidio-linked entrance system to enter the complex. The pool caters for all age groups the children having their own areas all with lovely surroundings with the added benefit of being completely enclosed. Also having toilet facilities in the pool area.

This is truly a magnificent place for families and couples alike. The apartment is located within 5 km distance of the very Cosmopolitan Mar Menor Marina with its vast array of high class restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, banks etc. If beach walking is your interest then you can walk for hours on the beautiful beaches from just outside of the apartment. Within a short drive is the world famous La Manga Golf Club Resort where many of the worlds International football teams use the facilities. The beautiful historic town of Cartagena and the bustling capital city of Murcia are also within a short drive where the Spanish culture is still at its best.. Also if traditional Spain interests you, at the begining of the strip there is Cablo de Palos a small fishing village, with its vast array of excellent fish restaurants. Santiago de Ribera can be reached by the 2 hourly ferry service which takes about 20 minutes from the Marina. Spanish culture and cuisine at its very best.

Situated below the southern end of the Costa Blanca, the Costa Calida is one of the least known and most unspoilt areas of Spain. With over 315 days of sunshine per year its not surprising that Costa Calida means "warm coast" and the area is regarded as having one of the most healthy climates in the whole of Europe.
The area is best known for the La Manga Club, famous for its championship golf courses, tennis facilities and nightlife including the renowned casino. However the area has much more to offer. There are numerous other golf courses all within easy reach and for lovers of history the port of Cartegena offers numerous treasures dating back to Roman times. A visit to the capital of the region Murcia City is well rewarded with historical buildings reflecting the Baroque style and the varied shopping available there.
To the south of the area is the La manga "strip" a unique holiday area! The strip consista of a narrow spit of land stretching 18 miles out into the sea. Surrounded on one side by the Mar Menor (inland sea)and on the other by the Mediterranean sea. Many holiday homes in this area benefit from magnificent sea views.

Cabo De Palos at the gateway to the La Manga strip offers superb al-fresco dining in a quaint and tiny fishing village - this gives a taste of the "real Spain"
The Mar Menor is trhe largest natural lagoon in Europe and because of its position is a haven for watersports. There cannot be a better or safer venue to learn to sail,ski,dive or kite board. Courses are available for all levels of expertise.
On the strip you will find a host of restaurants, shops and bars to choose from. The Zoco and Plaza Bohemia areas being particularly popular.
Beaches run the length of the strip on both sides. Benefitting from fine sand and a slight gradient these offer safe and shallow bathing, being particularly suitable for children.
Further North on the strip is the Tomas Maestre Marina which links the two seas and provides berths for up to 1000 boats. The marina is very smart and cosmopolitan with a vast range of quality restaurants and bars Spanish,French, Italian, Greek and Mexican cuisine to name only a sample. For the more lively, some bars offer live entertainment and dancing. Alternatively one can simply admire the fading sunset by the sea on the edge of the marina to realise how lovely this area is.
Around the Marina are all the facilities you would expect, including boutiques, supermarkets, banks, chemist and hairdressers. All within 400 yards of the apartment. There are also two children's playgrounds.
Whilst there is plenty to do, the area is not noisy and provides a relaxing and tranquil holiday for couples and families of all ages. The area provides significantly better value for money than many other Spanish destinations possibly reflecting the fact that many properties are owned by Spaniards. About the home
