The villa is situated on the La Manga strip, very quite location however within 5 minute walking distance of restaurants, bars, bank, children's play park. Second line villa lake to Mar Menor (Europe's largest salt lake).
The Villa has its own private 9x4 swimming pool, with shallow end for children and non swimmers.
Entrance hall leads to dining room, with patio doors to terrace with BBQ bar. Large lounge (60m2) with flat screen TV with access to sky TV.
One bedroom on ground floor with direct access to swimming pool. Two further bedrooms on first floor with sea views. Staircase to 2nd floor large sun roof solarium (40m2).
The villa is perfect for family holidays with lots of activities all within short walking distance.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region
La Manga del mar Menor is an area that has a special attraction and appeal. It consists of a white strip of land of 24 kilometres long and between 200 metres and 1.3km wide, that separates the Mediterranean Sea and the Mar Menor (the largest salt water lake in Europe).
There is a striking contrast between the two seas on one side the Mar Menor (Spanish for small sea). La Manga and the close by harbour o Cabo de Palos are considered to be the best diving destinations in the world, with many diving schools in the area. There is also the very popular golf resort of the La Manga club, and Polaris world golf resorts all within 30 minutes drive from the villa. We would recommend a visit to the city of Cartagena which has everything to offer for those interested in Spanish history.
La Manga Del Mar Menor / La Manga Strip area
La Manga has 40 Km of white sandy beaches. On the west side of La Manga (2nd line to the villa) is the Mar Menor which stands out for its unbeatable good conditions for performing all types of nautical sports during the whole year. The high water temperatures and the shallow waters make it much easier and safer for the whole family to learn the different sports.
The area offers the very best opportunity for beginners and for training: sailing, water sking.windsurfing, catamaran and so on. Apart from beach side activities the the La Manga strip is full of fine restaurants with fish being the speciality. There is also children's fun park with many rides for infants and likewise older children. If you want complete relaxation there is a hotel spa which offers a full range treatments.
There is also the opportunity to enjoy ferry across the Mar Menor.On the east side of the strip is the Mediterranean sea with the wonderful white waves and cool sea breezes.
