Home description
Situated on a pedestrian promenade which has steps down into the sea, the apartment has stunning views over the Mar Menor. Whilst in a peaceful location it is just a few minutes walk from a safe sandy beach, supermarkets and the Tomas Maestre Marina with its many cafes, bars and restaurants where you can dine and watch the sun set over the sea. There is a shared pool with a children's pool to one end and grassed and paved areas for sunbathing.
The apartment has 3 double bedrooms and 2 beautifully fitted bathrooms, one en-suite, but the focal point for most of the day is the spacious balcony running the width of the apartment and accessed via the sitting room and the main bedroom. It is the perfect place to sit, unwind, dine and enjoy the view.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region
The Costa Calida is one of the most popular areas in Spain with its Lemon and Orange groves, beautiful beaches and fantastic views. There is an abundance of golf courses and many historic places to visit including Cartegena, an ancient port with good shopping nearby. San Javier (Murcia) and Alicante airports are very convinient, San javier being 45 minutes drive from the apartment and Alicante within 90 minutes.
La Manga Del Mar Menor / La Manga Strip area
La Manga Strip is famous for its sea views being a narrow piece of land stretching out into the Mediterranean and back again forming the Mar Menor (Littet Sea), the apartment looks back at Spain from the strip having the most fantastic views of Spain by day and the unbelievable lights at night, which the balcony takes full advantage of.
Swimming is available right in front of the apartment via steps down into the sea and the nearby sandy beach is very safe for children being gently sloping for a long way out. Nearby there are watersports, boats, fishing , riding, go-carts and golf. Just a short walk from the apartment is the Marina which is surrounded by excellent cafes, bars and restaurants.
