Townhouse in Murcia - Costa Calida, Spain; The property features 3/4 bedrooms, one upper double with balcony to the front and sea views, one ground floor twin and one upper twin bedroom with extended area with a sofa bed.*(Please note the 4th bedroom area can only be accessed through bedroom 3). It has two bathrooms one upper with full size bath and one on the ground floor complete with shower cubicle.
The front door leads directly into a very spacious living room with a TV (not English) and DVD player. The dining room forms part of the living room with pull out table and seating for 6. It has a separate kitchen with hob, oven, large fridge/freezer, microwave and cooking utensils. The rear of the property enjoys a secluded area for private dining/ bathing with outside shower area and has a small utility complete with washing machine, clothes line and outside sink basin. This property has hot & cold air conditioning.
