It has 2 bedrooms 1 twin room and 1 double room. There is a balcony from the bedroom to the front of the house overlooking the pool area. There is one shower room on the ground floor and one bathroom upstairs both with w.c and wash basin. There is a comfortable lounge/diner which has a TV and DVD player. The rear of the property enjoys a secluded area for private dining/ bathing with outside shower area and has a small utility complete with washing machine, clothes line and outside sink basin. Garden furniture is available to the front of the property The separate fully equipped kitchen has an electric hob/oven and a large fridge/freezer. The property also offers off road parking and has use of a large gated communal swimming pool with children's area.
