The apartment is decorated on an annual bases and retains a fresh modern look and appeal to all, only recently refurbished October 2013. All rooms have stunning South facing views looking over the water inlet entrance to the Marina and the Mar Menor.The main Bedroom, Lounge and Kitchen have full length sliding glass "french doors" opening directly onto the large 30ft by 15ft sun terrace.
Each bedroom has fully fitted wardrobes with drawers within the wardrobes plus additional bedside cabinets and large mirrors.
The kitchen includes dishwasher as well as a breakfast table and chairs plus there is an abundance of crockery, cutlery, glassware & cooking utensils to ensure when staying in or entertaining at the apartment guests are not running around looking for items to make use of. Also included in the utility room is a washing machine so you can keep on top of your holiday cloths and other items - plus Ironing Board, Iron and Cleaning Items.

30ft by 15ft Sun Terrace with locking gate and very child friendly - The external furniture consists of 2 large tables total of 8 chairs, including 4 Relaxer Sun Chairs, Sun Loungers, Beach Chairs, Beach Umbrella & Cool Bag.
All against the backdrop of Tomas Maestro Marina with boats and yachts of all shapes & sizes passing by the apartment on the hour throughout the warmer months either entering the marina and into the Mar Menor or leaving on their journey into the Mediterranean.
Along side the apartment there are two landscasped communal pools for residents usage sitting within a well cared and manicured garden, another suntrap coupled with a tennis court for the more energetic.
There is also a new superb supermarket facility, catering for everyones needs including fresh fish, fresh veg & fruit and meats counter, coupled with a coffee shop selling homedade pastries, bread & fancies.
Beaches are literally five minutes away and sattered all along the 22km stretch of the "La Manga Strip", with the Mediterranean on one side and the Mar Menor (The Little Sea) on the other. The shallow waters of the Mar Menor and the absence of tides make this the ideal place for a large variety of water sports and bathing. Add this to the waters of the Mar Menor being recognised as some of the most therapeutic in Europe, coupled with the sun shining on average 322 days per year - it is the perfect choice for sun, sea & rest.
Along the 22km strip there are pockets of of Shopping centres, restaurants, bars and activities with the picturesque Tomas Maestro Marina acting as your backdrop to the apartment views.
The "La Manga Strip" has to be one of the best kept secrets in The Costa Calida region....
Confirmation will be accepted with a £100 per booking non-refundable deposit. Final payments must be received no later than 6 weeks prior to the date of departure. Should the booking date fall within the 6 week of departure - full payment must be made at the time of confirmation that the dates are available.

The rental rates are for the property only and do not include transport to and from airports, how ever should you wish for transport to be arranged for your safe journey one way or return, this can be done so at the time of final confirmation, and prices are indicated near the start of the apartment text.
A "Welcome Pack" consisting of: Bread, Butter, Jam, Tea, Coffee, Fresh Milk, Bottled Water, is included AT NO EXTRA COST and with the compliments of the owners.
Should you like to add a little luxury to the pack for an additional 10 euro included will be:
6 eggs, Cheese Slices, Tomatoes and a Bottle of Red Wine or Cava.
Should the dates you require not be available at this property - we would be pleased to direct you to a second property owned on the marina on the opposirte side to Miradores - at Marinesco 2 and only 3 minutes walk from the marina and its restuarants and wonderful promonade walk. The Costa Calida region
The La Manga Strip is 22Km of land which juts out from the Costa Calida coast and creates the South west surround of the Mar Menor (Little Sea). With in the province of Murcia, it boasts 322 days of sunshine a year, and therefore one of the mildest climates of Spain. This has resulted in the name Coast Calida - "The Warm Coast"
The strip at its narrowest point is 100 metres wide and at its widest is 1.5km, with 44km of beaches, the protected bays and coves are on he Mar Menor side with the water boasting tempretures of approximately +4 degrees higher than its counter part, The Mediterranean.
Murcia, Cartagena, Lorca and Caravaca dela Cruz present most of the history in the region, with Murcia being the home to the 600 year old Santa Maria Cathedral - the highest in Spain.
Cartagena is an expectionally beautiful city with Roman and Byzantine battlements visible to the public and walking tours can be arranged if requested.
Caravaca de la Cruz is one of the five "holy cities"in the world and houses the Vera Cruz cross.
La Manga Del Mar Menor
As previously stated the Tomas Maestro Marina can be a hive of activity, with it cosmopolitain choice of restaurants & bars to enjoy, coupled with an array of various sized vessels from all over the globe.
Take a ferry trip across the Mar Menor to Santiago de la Riberia, especially on a Wednesday when the local market is in full swing.
Visit Cabo de Palos with its famous fresh fish restaurants and its small quayside cafes, it too boasts a very large open air market on a Sunday morning through to approximately 1.00pm.
Canoe to the north side of the Mar Menor to view the huge flocks of flamingo or visit the saltflats at San Pedro del Pinatar to bath in the mineral rich mud - however you can enjoy the theroputic mud of the Mar Menor just five minutes from the apartment - just watch the locals collect it from the shallow waters and rub it all over themselves when sunbathing.
