The property has 3 double size bedrooms, 2 on the upper floor and one on the ground floor. The upstairs master bedroom has a double bed and a balcony overlooking the pool with a sea view. There is a twin bedroom on the ground floor and a twin bedroom upstairs. There are 2 bathrooms - 1 with full size bath and shower, vanity unit and bidet upstairs and a downstairs shower room. The living room consists of 2 sofas, a dining area, English television with video and DVD player. The separate fully equipped kitchen has an electric hob/oven, large fridge/freezer and microwave. There is a fully enclosed rear patio accessed from the kitchen, with washing machine, and a large sunny terrace at the front of the house complete with table and chairs for 'al fresco' dining. The property offers off road parking in front of the house.

The fishing port of Cabo de Palos (with an abundance of restaurants overlooking the harbour and promenade) is less than 5 minutes drive away or a short taxi ride as is the small Spanish town of Los Belones which also has several excellent restaurants and bars.
The historic cities of Cartagena, (20 minutes ) drive and Murcia (50 minutes ) are easily accessible if a car is hired. Local transport will also take you to these locations.
