There are 3 bedrooms, one twin bedroom and 2 double bedrooms. From one of the bedrooms upstairs there is a large sun terrace with garden furniture. There is a separate entrance leading to the patio area from the hallway. The kitchen is well equipped and comprises of cooker, oven, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. There are 2 bathrooms. One on the ground floor and one upstairs. The living area has a wall mounted plasma screen with English TV, DVD player with a selection of DVDs. To the rear of the property there is access to a large planted communal pool area. This property is very well maintained and decorated to a high standard.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region
La Manga has beautiful beaches both on the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean and is within a 5 minute car drive or 30 minute walk along the Mar Menor. There are numerous bars, restaurants, shops and marinas along its 18 kilometres. La Manga is very popular with the Spanish during the summer months. Thomas Maestre located at 13 kilometres is a new marina with many bars and restaurants and is well worth a visit.
La Manga Del Mar Menor area
The town of El Algar enjoys a privileged spot. There is a 5 minute drive to several beaches in the area. Los Granados sits within the town centre in an attractive neighbourhood, close to shops and restaurants, a weekly market, medical centre. Situated at just 5 minutes drive from the famous La Manga Club. It is just 15 minutes drive from San Javier [Murcia] Airport and 45 minutes from Alicante Airport.
A small drive opens your holiday up to the coastal historic cities of Cartagena and Murcia. If golfing is your game you will be spoilt for choice, only 5 minutes drive takes you to the prestigious La Manga Club, offering first class courses, evening entertainment and casino.

New courses at Polaris World should be open in 2007.
The fishing port of Cabo de Palos (with an abundance of restaurants overlooking the harbour and promenade) is a 10 minute drive away and the small Spanish town of Los Belones which also has several excellent restaurants and bars is only a 5 minute drive..
The historic cities of Cartagena, (15 minutes ) drive and Murcia (45 minutes ) are easily accessible if a car is hired. Local transport will also take you to these locations.
How to get there

Further details outdoors: This pool is situated at the rear of the property and is accessed through a gate from the garden. Although it is a shared swimming pool there are only 16 houses that share this pool so most times during the year the pool will be quiet.
