The property has 3 double size bedrooms, 2 on the upper floor and one on the ground floor. The upstairs master bedroom has a king size bed and a balcony overlooking the pool with sea view beyond. The second bedroom has two single beds and a balcony. The third ground floor bedroom also has two single beds. There are 2 bathrooms - 1 with full size bath and shower, vanity unit and bidet, the downstairs bathroom has a large walk in shower. The living room is spacious with, two sofas, dining area, English television, DVD, and Playstation. The separate fully equipped kitchen has an electric hob/oven, large fridge/freezer and microwave. There is a fully enclosed rear patio accessed from the kitchen, with washing machine, and a large sunny terrace at the front of the house complete with table and chairs for ‘al fresco’ dining. The property also offers off road parking and a safe. And the beach is on your doorstep!

The Costa Calida/Murcia region
This Costa is a favourite of the Spanish with the beautiful Mar Menor (little sea) a saltwater lagoon divided from the Mediterranean by La Manga (the sleeve), Calblanque National Park and the historic cities of Cartagena and Murcia.
It offers its own unique beaches & sea life along with its climate. 320 days & 3000 hours of sunshine a year & the temperature of the water reaching up to 30oC in August gives you the largest heated swimming pool in Europe!
BEACHES
Along the coast of the Costa Calida are many beautiful beaches, both naturally as artificial constructed. They are considerable calmer than the beaches along the northern situated Costa Blanca and the southern situated Costa del Sol.
The water along the Costa Calida is very clear and attracts many sportsdivers.
MUD BATHS
The Mar Menor (especially in the vicinity of Loan Pagán) offers the largest therapautic open air mudbath of Europe. The mud is well-known for its many minerals what stimulates the healing process. A mudbath treatment is recommended for skin problems, rheumatism, arthritis, throat infections and rehabilitation.
La Manga Del Mar Menor area

More bars and restaurants can be found at Playa Honda, a non commercialised Spanish village. This is a 5 minute walk where you will find a small supermarket, pharmacy and both Spanish and English restaurant/bars. These are open all year round with an ice cream parlour open during the summer months.
In the other direction is La Manga. La Manga has beautiful beaches both on the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean and is within a 5 minute car drive or 30 minute walk along the Mar Menor. There are numerous bars, restaurants, shops and marinas along its 18 kilometres. La Manga is very popular with the Spanish during the summer months. Thomas Maestre located at 13 kilometres is a new marina with many bars and restaurants and is well worth a visit. From Playa Paraiso there is also easy access to Cabo De Palos, Los Belones, La Manga club and Calblanque National Park. There are numerous golf courses throughout the area with fine walks and horse riding within Calblanque. Scuba diving is also available from La Manga and Cabo de Palos. There are many water sports centres and sailing schools in the area. La Manga Club with three golf courses, tennis courts, swimming pools the Hyatt Regency and Casino is a 10 minute drive away.
The golf courses Mosa Trajectum at San Javier, Molina de Segura at Altoreal, Hacienda del Alamo at Fuente Alamo and Torre Pacheco are within 30 minutes, Villamartin, Campoamor, Las Ramblas all at Orithuela and the Finca at Algorfa are 45 minutes drive away. New courses at Polaris World should be open in 2007.
The fishing port of Cabo de Palos (with an abundance of restaurants overlooking the harbour and promenade) is less than 5 minutes drive away or a short taxi ride as is the small Spanish town of Los Belones which also has several excellent restaurants and bars.
The historic cities of Cartagena, (20 minutes ) drive and Murcia (50 minutes ) are easily accessible if a car is hired. Local transport will also take you to these locations
How to get there
Nearest airport is San Javier (Murcia) which is about 25 minutes drive. Alicante is about one hour's drive away. A local car hire company is La Manga Rent a car and the car can be waiting for you at the airport, either Murcia or Alicante. Call 0034 626936527 to arrange car hire.
