Home description

Azurita is located just 200 metres from the beach and the crystal clear , warm and shallow waters of the Mar Menor- perfect for families. There is easy access to the Mediterran beaches along La Manga strip, only 5mins away by car.All along the coast there are opportunities for water sports, cycling, walking and relaxation in the numerous bars and restaurants as well as shopping at the nearby Cartegena, Murcia,Torrevieca and Alicante.
The house is superbly finished with 2 bedroomsand 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom has a balcony which overlooks a private resident's swimming pool.Downstairs the front patio offers an opportunity for al fresco dining with a barbeque provided. There are also bikes at the house for cycling to and from La Manga along a beach path and the many local cycle routes available. For afternoons and evenings when a break from the beach is needed there is a PS2 with games library,DVD player, TV and CDplayer. Sunlongers and relaxer chairs are provided for use at the beach or pol.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region

Within easy reach of 2 airports the Costa Calida is quick and connvenient location, with a warm climate and easy access to local beaches it is perfect for couples and families. The area is weel equipped for water sports and relaxation on the beach as well as local bars and resaurants for evenings out. La Manga Strip (5 mins away by car) provides a more extensive range of bars, restaurants and shops. Both Murcia and Cartegena, within 25 mins drive, are worth a visit for their historical interest and shopping areas. The pretty fishing village of Cabo de Palos is a short drive away, giving lovely walks along the sea-front, fantastic fish restaurants and opportunities for boat trips and scuba diving as well as a colourful market on Sunday's. For the kids there is go-karting and a small amusement park offering rides for the younger members of the party.

Golf is available at the world renowned La Manga Club, only 10 mins drive away. Boats can be charterd from local ports and there are countless opportunies for snorkling. During the summer season the beach front bars offer jetski hire , pedloes and water activities for young and older!!
