The Costa Calida/Murcia region
The La Manga strip over the past few decades was once an empty strip of sand that runs north for 20 kilometres and more has become a prime tourist destination. The strip encloses Europe’s largest inland sea – the Mar Menor, which is well known for it's mineral healing properties and is very shallow making it ideal for children. There are many beaches of endless white sand, lively ports and wild coves with crystal clear water, more than 3,000 hours of sun a year and mild temperatures - even in winter - with a yearly average of more than 18ºC. The La Manga Club is a world-class resort where some of Europe’s finest golf courses are located. A 20 minute drive will take you to the historic city of Cartagena, which is a port city and its long history has always featured the sea. Large shopping complexs, bars & restaurants at the harbour front to sit and watch the world go by, many tourists attractions make this city a must to visit.
La Manga Del Mar Menor / Playa Honda area
The complex is situated just over the road from 'just one' of the many superb beaches of the Mar Menor. There are a few bars/restaurants and beach bar which are open most of the year. A small supermarket & pharmacy are nearby. La Manga strip is just a 5 minute drive away with its numerous shops, bars and restaurants etc, also the famous Golf club with it's many activities. Then there is Cabo de Palos, a fishing town with a lively night life, a bustling Sunday morning market, scuba diving and many other activities or you may just want to sit at one of the many bars in the harbour and watch the world go by!

A deposit of £100.00 is required to secure bookings up to 14 days occupancy. This deposit will be returned within 7-14 days of your arrival home, subject to no damage or excess cleaning. The balance is required in cash on arrival. For cancellations up to 6 weeks prior to occupancy, 50% of deposit will be refunded.Less than 6 weeks - no refund. Various Welcome Packs can be provided - price on request. Airport Transfers - price on request. If making your own way to the apartment a small charge will be made for Meet & Greet/Key Handover.
