Large patio with sun awning and BBQ, with a private gate leading directly onto a daily-maintained beach. Being on the Mar Menor side of the La Manga strip, the beach is very safe for children.
The patio is ideal for "al fresco" meals and outdoor living. The sunsets can be fantastic!

wow what a great holiday we all had thanks to the superb villa and the safe beach which my two grandsons aged 2 and 10 was in everyday....the beach was cleaned every night, the villa was fantastic very large, and most important very clean on our arrival... everything you need is just a 5/10min walk away we stayed at the villa for 2weeks and we all loved every bit of our stay at the villa all we can all say is the villa is fantastic and the view is picture postcard .....we have all said we will be going back again .... thank you derek for fantastic villa...thank you annette for the cleaness of villa... we will be back the clang from river, dover,kent |
