We are delighted to offer this spacious luxury penthouse apartment. The penthouse benefits from 2 good sized bedrooms with built in wardrobes, full bathroom (ie bath, shower, wc, sink and bidet), spacious lounge with dining area and fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. The property has Wi-Fi, Air Conditioning and English TV.
The apartment has a balcony which allows you to enjoy outside space, but the best feature is the large private roof solarium with excellent views and also offers a huge space for dining, drinking and sunbathing. The communal pool is situated in the centre of the complex.
The apartment benefits from its own shared complex pool. Leading from the living room is a spacious balcony with stunning sea and mountain views, furnished with a relaxing sofa and chairs. The solarium has a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With 2 twin bedrooms, the apartment is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay. As the apartment is near many championship golf courses, it is ideal for golfers.
The apartment is in a new and upcoming area and is approximately 300m from the beach where there is also the marina, shops and beach Bars/Restaurants. A 20 minute walk brings you to a lovely picturesque village of Los Belones which has national and international restaurants at very reasonable prices. The famous La Manga Club is approximately 5 minutes by car and this offers championship golf courses, tennis courts, spa facilities and also a very good selection of bars and restaurants. The La Manga Strip is also approximately a 6 minute drive away which is a busy area which also has a large selection of shops, hotels, bars and nightlife.

The apartment has a Balcony/Terrace which has sun in the morning. The Solarium/Roof terrace has the sun all day. The apartment has sun beds in the solarium so that you can sun bathe in privacy. There is also a communal pool.

Minimum stay 3 nights. The weekend rates apply to Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. Prices are for the rental of the property are in UK pounds. Bookings of less than 6 days incur a cleaning cost of £50.00
A deposit of £100 (which is non-refundable in the case of cancellation) is required on booking and the balance payable 6 weeks prior to departure, or immediately if booking is made within 6 weeks of departure date. This £100 deposit also acts as a refundable security deposit which is required against breakages and damage which will be refunded within 14 days of return of the apartment keys to our agent and providing our agent has found everything to be in order after checking the apartment inventory.
A standard £100 breakages deposit is applied to all bookings at the time of booking and is refunded within 14days of departure. The full rental fee is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Save 7.5% on Bookings for two or more weeks between 31 January 2013 and 31 May 2013 if booked before 31 March 2013.
We suggest that you ring or email us to confirm that our 'availability' is as shown on Holiday Lettings. After confirmation, we will hold all available dates, to allow you sufficient time to book a cheap flight and return to us to book the number of nights/weeks required.
Payment accepted in UK cheques or by bank transfer in Pounds Sterling or Euro. We may also accept PayPal, but there is a commission charge for this which will be confirmed before booking.

The Costa Calida region
The Costa Calida is on the South East coast and is the driest region of Spain, enjoying an average 320 days of sunshine each year. It is therefore ideal for holidays all year round.
The Mar Menor is the largest salt water lake in Europe which is linked to the mediterranean and famous for its Therapeutic Properties. It enjoys warm shallow waters, ideal for all water sports as well as being a good spot for families with young children.
The waters of the Mar Menor are warmer than the Mediterranean reaching 30 degrees in the summer months which makes it an ideal place for water sports.
The Mar Menor is also famous for the Black Mud which is said to have therapeutic qualities that help in the treatment of some skin conditions, rheumatism arthritis and many other ailments.
There are approximately 42 Kilometres of beaches and the area around the Mar Menor is relatively flat and has numerous villages along the coastline. This makes it an ideal area for walking or cycling.
Another charming attraction which only a few minues away is the Calbalanque National Park and also a number of traditional fishing villages where you can taste the rich and varied cuisine of the Murcia region.
La Manga Del Mar Menor
There are activiites to suit all ages and these include horse riding, go-karting, tennis, golfing and a vast range of water sports including sailing schools, snorkeling, canoueing, water and jet skiing and many more.
The La Manga Club is approximately 5 minutes by car and this offers numerous championship golf courses, tennis courts, spa facilities and many other activities. Within the Club there are a good selcetion of bars and restaurants and these and the facilities are open to the public all year round.
There are various markets in the neighbouring villages which sell a good selection of fruit and vegetables, meat, fish, clothing, belts and footwear, household goods and much more.
A 20 minute walk will bring you to a lovely picturesque village of Los Belones which has national and international restaurants at very reasonable prices.
