The Costa Calida region
The Costa Calida is probably the finest of all coast line on the South East side of Spain. It has plenty of Golf courses, and is home to the world renowned famous La Manga Club. Boasting the hottest weather in Spain, the Costa Calida or ‘warm coast’ certainly lives up to its name. Known for its golf as much as for the warm, shallow waters of the Mar Menor, the area enjoys over 300 days of sunshine each year and is the ideal destination for an off-season getaway, with a wide choice of holiday accommodation all year round.
The La Manga Del Mar Menor / Tomas Maestre Marina area
La Manga enjoys exceptional climatic conditions with 315 days of sunshine a year and an average annual temperature of 18 degrees C. La Manga is an ideal place for water sports, due to it being located between two seas. The apartment is situated in the exclusive yachting marina of Tomas Maestre. Restaurants and cafe bars swoon along both sides of the moorings.
Safe waters are to be enjoyed in the Mar Menor. Sailing and water sking schools are available to all.
