This family friendly apartment consists of 1 double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms, all 3 bedrooms have built-in wardrobes .

There is main family bathroom consisting of bath (with shower), bidet, wash basin, with illuminated mirror, and toilet. The second bathroom consists of toilet and washbasin (with illuminated mirror).
The kitchen is a ‘galley’ style and is fully fitted, with fridge/freezer, oven & hob with extractor, kettle and toaster, dining and cooking utensils.
The views from the balcony over the Med, the Mar Menor are truly wonderful, just perfect place to sit and watch the action in the pool during the day, or in the evenings to enjoy an evening meal and watch the wonderful sunsets .

The Costa Calida/Murcia region
La Manga strip is, 22 kms long, and nestles between two seas; the Mediterranean and the Mar Menor (the Little Sea). The Mar Menor is an immense lake of warm, salt water, noted for its therapeutic properties. The average depth of 1.7m. This makes it ideal for enjoying the many water sports available. The depth around the shore is only 0.5m and this, combined with the warm water temperature makes La Manga the perfect place for children to safely enjoy themselves.
La Manga Del Mar Menor / Las Gondolas area
There are a number of shops, bars and restaurants within, and close to the complex, including a supermarket and a bakery, helping to make Las Gondolas a perfect location for a relaxing beach holiday any time of the year.
Close by is the Pieter Van Driel School of Sailing & Restaurant (The Most unique spot on the shoreline of the Mar Menor. Here they serve Traditional & international cuisine & hold weekly barbecues),The restaurant, which overlooks the sailing area, has an indoor dining area and a shaded outdoor terrace with big leafy palms.

Mandy, I would just like to thank you for all the advice and use of your excellent apartment. We could not of asked for more. The apartment was clean and packed with everything you need to forfil your holiday. The pool was cleaned everyday and the kids loved it. The beach is on you doorstep (from door of apartment to foot on the sand 4 minutes 20 seconds) People say you need a car, i disagree if you don't mind hoping on and off the bus that travels up and down the strip then no car is needed. The bus costs 1 euro 5 cent whether you go one stop or all 21km!!! The local area is quiet (however there is a fruit shop couple of restaurants,Bakery and supermarkets) less than 5 min on bus or 15 min walk you have a bigger supermarket. A 15 minute bus trip and you have loads of bars shops and places to eat. We enjoyed eating on the balcony with a sea view to your left and to your right!!! (i'm sure that's a song!!!, moving on. To end because i could go on and on. An excellent well equipped apartment with great facilities and views, not visited? then why not? book your trip today!!! Ken, Sharon and the Boys. JULY 09
