Welcome and let me Introduce you to this beautiful part of Spain and our house that's Located just 100 meters from the crystal clear waters and sandy beaches of the mar Menor sea, This bright and spacious modern four bedroomed town house is on a small, but well equipped complex.
Our large villa with its beautiful sea views is less than a 2 minute walk to a fantastic beach, this villa also has a large gated communal pool with a child play area. The villa also features 3/4 bedrooms, 1 x upper double bedroom with balcony to the front & sea views, 1 ground floor twin & 1 x upper bedroom with 2 single beds leading to a further bedroom with adult bunk beds. The house has 2 bathrooms, 1 upper with full size bath+shower & 1 on the ground floor complete with shower cubicle. The front door leads directly into a very spacious living room complete with some sky TV with some English channels, Sony PS2 with some games, and 1 a controller, DVD/video & Cd/cassette/radio. The dining/living room has a pull out table & seating for up to 8 people. It has a separate kitchen with hob, oven, large fridge/freezer, microwave & cooking utensils. We do also have another house the same that sleeps 8 on the same site, so for bigger parties why not book both houses together!!

It is renowned for its benevolent chemical properties and is classified medicinal. The high concentration of salt and iodine, the absence of strong waves and its exceptional temperatures convert the Mar Menor into the best therapeutic remedy. There is a very good spa area a short car journey away.
La Manga Del Mar Menor / Playa Paraiso, La Manga Del Mar Menor area
Spoilt for choice! There are many restaurants near to Playa Paraiso offering traditional Spanish food including Tapas. Close by, La Manga has a large number of beaches totalling 40km .It offers both Mediterranean and Mar Menor seas which have very different water temperatures, salinity, one with waves and one practically calm all year round. If night life is what you are looking for it has this in abundance.
Quietly situated a short distance away is Cabo de Palos with its fresh fish restaurants and popular Sunday morning market. In Los Belones village you will find the local Indian Restaurant, ice cream parlours, cafes, a fantastic Bodega (wine cellar) and more night life. Cartagena (one of the oldest cities in Spain) offers a cultural and historical reference point. There you will find a navel museum and the department store- El Corte Ingles as well as many other major stores. For those more sporting the Mar Menor offers International Sailing Clubs, scuba diving at Islas Hormigas and there are 26 golf courses along the coast with the la Manga club just a 5mins drive away from the house. La Manga Club alone offers 3 championship courses. This is where all the Europian Premier League top football teams train and has very good sports facilities. It also offers lots of entertainment. Good night clubs and bars!! The immediate surrounding land is mainly flat, ideal for cycling (there are plenty of safe cycle track for you to follow) and walking and the property is within easy walking distance (5 mins) of the sailing marina and sandy beach. On the beach there are lots of water activities: sailing, windsurfing, water/ jet skiing, pedlows and much more!! You can go to large rock climbing floats and trampolines in the water on La Manga beaches, (Just 5 mins away), Great for the kids!!. If you don't have a car? just see Jimmy the local taxi driver he does a very good taxi service and at very good low rates, Jimmy also does airport pick ups, and wait for you in arrivals, so you get good door to door service. The large downstairs patio area is a real sun trap - you can even sunbathe in December and January here! Its hot all year round, what more could you want and From the near by port of Cabo de Palos you can take a trip to visit the dolphins or go deep sea fishing.

Further details indoors: One very large upstairs bathroom. luxuriously decorated and fitted out. With an enormous in-set fitted mirror in the tiles above the vanity unit. Large full size bath with shower over. with all you would need in a bathroom, just relax and enjoy a nice hot bubble bath. Downstairs bathroom is nicely fitted out with very large walk-in shower (enclosure) A large mirror with lighting and shaving.
The master bedroom has 1 king size double bed, 1 cot available on request (at no extra cost). The Large front bedroom has large built in wardrobes and leads on to a large balcony with superb sea views looking out over the Mar Menor (That's less than a 2 min walk away).
Bedrooms 2 and 3 are large upper double rooms one room has 2 twin beds - another good size bedroom leads off bedroom 3 with adult bunk bed, ideal for children but also sleeps 2 adults comfortably, both have large built in wardrobes, bedside cabinets, chest drawers etc + 20" portable tv and a play station 2 with some games and one Controller.
Bedroom 4 - twin bedroom downstairs with 2 single beds, built in wardrobes and bedside cabinets.- lightweight summer duvets and covers for all 4 bedrooms are provided. no fussing around with cheap blankets comfortable bedding's as you would use at home is provided in this town house for your comfort.
Further details outdoors: The communal swimming pool is large with a baby/child area. The house has only two steps at the front door, with a twin bedroom on the ground floor level which has large built in wardrobe and downstairs bathroom complete with shower cubicle all on one level,with plenty of storage space. It makes it suitable for people with wheelchairs but is not designed specifically for disabled people. But there is plenty of room to get around as the house is very spacious and Beautifully furnished home.
There is also an outside shower in back patio. ideal for when you come in from the beach or swimming pool. and also there is a tap on the wall in the front garden, ideal for washing the sand of from the beach, or just to cool yourselves down!!! or to give the plants a nice cold drink (please)!!
The rear of the property enjoys a secluded area for private dining/bathing & There is a small utility complete with washing machine, clothes line & outside sink basin. The property also offers off road parking, hot & cold air con+fans in all the rooms & is alarmed + smoke alarms. It has a large key gated communal swimming pool with child/baby play area. Spoilt for choice!
There are many restaurants near to Playa Paraiso offering traditional Spanish food including Tapas. Close by, La Manga has a large number of beaches totalling 40km . We now have a large new sports centre with in a 3 minute walk from the house.

The air conditioning units have a heat facility for winter months. There 2 large 28' screen TVs + 1 portable, with sky TV with some English channels & network etc as well as radio programmes. DVD player, nearby is a local film rental store.
Conditions
The property is prepared for you on arrival. Beds will be made up and towels for your use within the house will be provided. A welcome pack can be arranged to make it easier for your arrival ,which can be very handy if you are on a late flights. This consists of water, milk, tea, coffee, bread, and orange juice, and is at an extra cost. If you would like any particular items bought before you arrive this can be arranged with our management agent (i.e. eggs/bacon ), also can you please pay the agent for the items.
A mid week clean can be arranged at an extra cost which you pay to the management agent direct. Please note flights and insurances are not included with the booking. Whilst their is no requirement that you obtain holiday insurance you are strongly advised you do arrange suitable cover. Parking: there is a sign on the front of the property - this means that only the person occupying the property is able to park in front of it. So no problems with parking, just enjoy your stay.

There are no hidden charges, so all you need to do is forget all your troubles and relax!
A non refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure the booking of the property along with a completed booking form. Full payment is required 6 weeks prior to your arrival date. For bookings made less than 8 weeks prior to the holiday start date a payment for the total rental is required. Prices quoted are for weekly rentals only. Long term lets will be considered, depending on availability. A security bond of £100 is required, which is refunded if the property is left in the same condition it was rented in. The communal pool is at the rear of the property. It is open from 9am until 10pm.
Price includes: Villa for 1 week, with the following services: Bed linen and towels provided (not beach towels). Services of English speaking property manager's. The rental Includes all utility bills. No cards for the electric! All we ask is that you are sensible with the use of the air con. There is a small cleaning fee to be paid by you on arrival and also there is a small cost if you want a mid week clean. All we ask is that anything gets broken - it is replaced! please.
We are flexible on the start / finish dates so long as there is enough time for a full house clean by our agent. Please check the availability notes, The rental rates can be agreed for odd bookings. We can accept payments by cheque or bank transfer in GBP or by EURO international bank transfer or paypal in EUROS OR GBP. Payment by paypal/credit card can be arranged - there is a small % charge for this.
1. No sofa-beds for the 7th and 8th persons everybody has a comfy bed!.
2. Please ask about discount for bookings of 4 or more weeks and long winter lets.
3. Baby Equipment - cot, highchair, push chair etc available at no extra charge.
4. Transfer can be arranged by us from Murcia airport at €40 per car each way.
5.Cancellation before full payment period incurs loss of deposit. Cancellation within the 6 week period are at the risk of losing the full payment.
NB If the dates you require are not available and you particularly like/want this area, please ask as we have contacts with other home owners in the area who are willing to rent out.

My wife & I and our 10 year old daughter shared a holiday in this house with our friends who have two children 8 & 11 and their young 18 month old son. So you can tell that we fully occupied all the accommodation. It was one of the best holidays we have ever had. The property was fantastic. Equipped to a very high standard and everything worked well. The fact that it had cot, high chair and push chair for the baby was a bonus that saved us having to take it with us.The proximity to the warm shallow sea was great and the bathing so safe for the children. There was a large supermarket a couple of minutes drive away that sold everything. The whole area was easily accessible as were some other fantastic beaches which needed some finding down some very bumpy unmade roads. The agent out there was English and so helpful. Can't speak too highly of the house,the place and the whole area. We certainly recommend it to anyone as excellent value. We will definitely visit again. Thank you Chris & Kim.
Nice,clean,spacious HOUSE, Great pool - we all loved it, Nearby shop is well-stocked, and sells gorgeous fresh,cheap meat for your barbie. Would suggest a hire car if you want to travel to the town, although we didn't, and we still had a great time anyway and having the use of the internet broad band in the house was a god send, not having to go and sit in a bar with the risk of people looking over your shoulder really put our minds a rest!! Hi Kim and Chris, thanks for letting us stay in your great house Revel 2. You really have thought of everything to try and make it a home from home it's clean and well equipped. We are already booked for August! Pool is close, clean and gated, beach is also very close. There are not many bars and restaurants within walking distance (this can be good or bad depending upon your point if view :-) )I would recommend a car if you are coming here to get to water parks, La Manga, Cartenega (great shopping)etc Most importantly - it's clean, safe and very friendly. We are 2 families and have just stayed in revelin 2 for 10 days during April 2008. We were very comfortable in this good size villa which had everything we needed. The villa is situated not far from the beach where we spent many of our days whilst the golfers of our party enjoyed the variety of courses. Car hire recommended. My daughter (17 years) and I spent a fantastic 3 months in villa 2 from Apr 07 to Jun 07. The location was perfect and an ideal base for travelling through Spain. We hired a rental car for the period and throughly enjoyed exploring the countryside both near and far. The villa was very well set up and provided everything we need for the long stay, even on rainy days we were happy to be inside. The locals were all incredibly friendly and made us feel very much at home and we loved the ability to reach the beach in a couple of minutes, the local supermarket and juliette's for great cheap food.
