The Costa Calida/Murcia region
La Manga region has 0n average 320 days of sunshine each year. The village of Playa Honda is located on the edge od the famous Mar Menor which offers a whole host of water sports to suit anyone from water-skiing,sonrkelling and scuba diving.there are at least 3 famous golf club in La Manga with hole golf courses. The water temprature of the Mar Menor in summer reaches 30 c and so is a good spot for familiea with young children and also for golfers.
La Manga Del Mar Menor / Playa Honda area
The Playa Honda is up and coming village with a local selesction of shops,restaurant and a supermarket.Just a short ride away is the world famous LaManga Club which offers a championship golf courses as well as tennis,more and more of activiteis are open to the public all year round.
The Mar Menor are famous for many water sports including scuba diving,wind surfing and water skiing. The Mae Menor is realtively flat maing it ideal for waliking and cycling and bikes can be hired nearby.
