Brand new two bedroomed penthouse apartment with fabulous views of the Mar Menor and the mountains of Calablanque National Park. The lighthouse at Cabo de Palos is also visible from the private balcony which faces the sun all morning, an ideal place to sit for breakfast. Situated close to the beach, the complex also has a communal pool with children's pool and sunbathing area.
Accommodation is well equipped and furnished to a high standard, including TV, DVD, CD Player, Washing Machine and Microwave. Sleeping 4-6 people, there are two twin bedrooms and a sofabed in the lounge. The 50sq metre private rooftop solarium has a barbecue area and captures the sun all day long.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region
The Mar Menor (mini-sea) is the largest saltwater lagoon in Europe and is divided from the Mediterranean Sea by the La Manga Strip, a natural breakwater almost 22km long which has progressively enclosed it.
There are wonderful sailing and water-skiing facilities on the lagoon, it is non-tidal, crystal clear and shallow throughout with an average water temperature of 23 degrees. This safe environment makes it the ideal beach holiday for families with children. This area of Spain receives on average 320 days of sunshine every year making it an all-year round destination.

La Manga Del Mar Menor / Mar De Cristal area
The apartment is situated a short drive from San Javier, Murcia airport in a small coastal village. With several bars and restaurants within walking distance, there is also a wide variety of restaurants including Greek, Italian, Chinese and Indian a short drive away. About 15 minutes away, the city of Cartagena is a must-see visit with it's beautiful architecture, harbour and excellent shopping.
Mar de Cristal is perfectly located for many golf courses, the most famous being the exclusive La Manga club only a 5 minute drive away where the courses are stunning. Many celebrities have homes on la Manga club and the BBC program 'Superstars' was filmed at La Manga club and on the promenade at Mar de Cristal.
