About the home

This stunning Spanish villa is set in a quiet location, away from hustle and bustle but within walking distance of all the amenities. The accommodation is on one level therefore suitable for the less mobile/wheelchairs.

It is comfortably decorated with marble flooring, air conditioning and all the mod cons you will require for a relaxing holiday.

The property stands in its own grounds and benefits from a large roof top solarium offering breath taking views of the local area and the coast line. There is a mature garden surrounding the swimming pool and you can stroll amongst the tropical palm trees, hibiscus flowers and even pick your own lemons.

The swimming pool area has a sunbathing terrace with sun loungers,trees and parasols to protect you from the hot Spanish sun. If you like al fresco dining there is a third terrace with tables and chairs where you will be able to enjoy a quiet evening with a glass of wine and barbecue. There is a traditional bar b q and a large gas unit bar b q on the large terrace overlooking the pool. The villa also has a new hot tub in the garden area, hammocks for an afternoon siesta, a lounge woodburner for cooler evenings and has recently had a complete repaint upgrading it throughout.

The property has three comfortable double bedrooms, two en suite with double basins - one with bath & shower. The third bathroom with shower being next door to the bedroom.

There is underfloor heating, central heating,ceiling fansand air-conditioning throughout. The spacious lounge has TV and satellite TV, video,DVD, books and games for your entertainment, internet access recently installed.

There is also a separate dining room seating eight.. The kitchen if fully equipped and you can prepare delicious Spanish dishes.
The villa is suitable for the elderly & young as it is all on one level and the entrance is well lit and parking is on a flat and level surface (no slopes to climb).
There is a garage.

The Costa Calida region

The Costa Cálida also called the Warm Coast is the approximately 250 km stretch of Mediterranean coastline of the Spanish province of Murcia. This region has a micro-climate which features comparatively hot mean annual temperatures.

The area around the Costa Calida is a large beach area and at Cabo de Palos there is a large marina, lighthouse and many beach coves and caves along the coast line.

The La Manga Club / Los Belones area

Located in a prestigious La Manga golf resort with 3x18 hole golf courses, vast tennis centre offering excellent tennis academies for all abilities, squash, bowls, cycling, pitch and put golf, as well as children's club.

There are numerous beach coves with restaurants, rambling routes, live music every night in the resort, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops and banks - so all that you may need during your stay.

For more active ones there are water sports, horse riding, yacht trips and diving available nearby. The villa is situated in a quiet no through road where you are not disturbed by music at nights although only 10 min walk to all main faciltities.

You can visit the beautiful city of Cartagena which is about 20mins drive by car or train journey. International cuisine also typical Spanish restaurants offering tapas and paella and local fish dishes are in abundance. The resort is bordering the natural reserve which incorporates Calblanque, a mile long pure sand beach reached over the hills. Nearby is the Mar Menor coast which is ideal for watersports as it is without waves and renowned for its healing properties owning the the high mineral content.

30 minutes from Murcia airport by car, car can be hired in the resort. There is a free bus service within the resort.
An airport transfer can be arranged by the owner
The property is only 1 hour from Alicante airport by car.

Ryanair, Monarch, BMIBaby, Jet2 all fly to Murcia airport.

La Manga rentacar is on the resort as well as Europecar, Concorde, Herts, Avis, Solmar are available at the airport.
