A wall mounted retractable parasol covers the entire balcony if required.

Sun Terrace
This wonderful area is a sun worshipper's paradise,fully equipped with 8 no full length sun beds with cushions provided, several sun chairs and tables for children.For those who prefer the shade there is a larger under covered BBQ area with fully equipped gas BBQ,a large parasol and table and cushioned seating for 8 people.
Off the main bedroom over looking the private pool there is another terrace with seating and table for 4 people.
Top Terrace
This area is a sun worshipper's paradise allowing you to have sun throughout the day and watch the sun set over the Mar Menor in the evening.There is a small charcoal BBQ and cushioned seating and table for 8 number people.
The area is accessed from the pool by a flight of steps or internally from the living area,
The pool is safe for children and non swimmers as it has steps into a shallow area at one end- the far end of the pool is deeper and has a water slide.
Back terrace
At the back of the property is a large terrace area which catches the morning sun. It is ideally suited during the day as a quieter area to read a book or have a nap away from the pool. There is a table and cushioned seating for 8 people. The area is accessed from the sun terrace or from a set of steps at back door.
There is a private garden and shaded terrace areas around the property.

A deposit of 25% will be required once a booking is confirmed;the remainder will be payable six weeks before departure.
Should you wish to cancel after a booking has been accepted the following charges will be due:
Cancellation up to 60daysys before arrival -Loss of deposit
Cancellation 59-30 days before arrival-50% of rental cost
Cancellation 29-15 days before arrival -75% of rental cost
Cancellation 14-0 days before arrival -100% of rental cost.

The Costa Calida region


The Costa Calida is known as the warm coast with an average of 300 days sunshine per annum.
This area is steeped in history with Cartagena and Murcia being the two major cities. Cartagena and Murcia are two busy ports with attractive old towns. Both cities provide a wide shopping experience ranging from local handmade crafts to more exclusive department stores and shopping centres.
La Manga is surrounded by beautiful coastline and bustling fishing villages.A small cove with sunbeds,shower, beach attendant and restaurant is within 2 minutes drive of the property. The Mar Menor beaches are within 10 minutes' drive, with water sports available along La Manga strip. Also on the strip are many restaurants and a busy night life.

With 3 championship courses and superb practice facilities, La Manga club has been voted Europe's top golf resort for the last three years.The Golf academy caters for all levels of ability and lessons can be booked at the golf academy with the club professionals. Green fees are discounted for villa guests.
Tennis:
The La Manga Club tennis centre is one of the finest outdoor facilities in Europe.Centrally located it boats 28 courts most of which are floodlit, with a choice of clay, Astroturf or hard surfaces.The academy provides top-class tuition for all ages.There is also a tennis shop with a selection of the best-known brands in clothing and equipment as well as equipment hire services,racket service centre,fitness centre sauna and jacuzzi.
Gym:
There are various fitness classes available including spinning, aerobics, step, total pump, Pilates and yoga.
Soccer:
La Manga Club Football Academy gives children ages 5 to 15 the chance to practice on the same ground as their idol. The school is run by a top FA and UEFA qualified coach. There are numerous pitches most of which have floodlights.
Rugby/Cricket/Dance Academies:

There is a large communal pool at the Tennis centre with a separate pool area for small children, an area for older children and a deeper pool for the more advanced swimmer. There are sunbeds and parasols for hire as well as a fully serviced cafe and seating area, toilets and showers.
Shopping:
A range of shops are available offering a selection of goods and essential supplies. Shops on site include a supermarket, mini market, gift shops,pharmacy and petrol garage.In the surrounding villages there are a large number of speciality shops such as delis, bakeries and fishmongers as well as larger hypermarkets.

The nearest airport is Murcia(San Javier). it is only 20 minutes away from the club with low cost flights from many UK, Irish and European cities. Alicante airport is 50 minutes away.
Car hire can be booked in advance or on arrival. All major car hire companies operate from Murcia airport and the club.Taxis are also available.

The photographs dont do justice to the size of this villa, which has been recently redecorated and its location gives you a perfect private area in which to relax. The pool is magnificent and is overlooked by a terrace leading from the main living area and the master bedroom. 2 of the lower bedrooms also open up onto the pool area. You also have the choice of 5 dining areas ( 1 indoors , 1 on the terrace) and a gas barbecue area by the pool. The bedrooms are huge as area the 3 bathrooms/ensuites with really comfy beds )The view of La Manga is beautiful and the villa is sheltered by pine trees to the rear which creates a great hot spot around the pool where the sun hits from about 10:00am until about 20:30 pm. La Manga itself is a great place and safe for kids, lots of restaurants/pubs in 3 main areas which cater for all tastes and close to the beach at La Cala. There are great sports facilities for budding tennis/football pros . Recommend the cycle hire as there area several mountain bike routes ( and walking routes) to experience. Car hire is recommended and from the airport you can be at the villa in 25 mins. From La Manga there are several good clean family beaches along Mar Menor ( Mar De Cristal is recommended at about 10 mins via Los Belones). Can only say we had a fantastic holiday and the best yet of our 5 visits to La Manga, you won't be disappointed! |
