This spacious, family sized indvidual villa is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in La Manga Club. Recently refurbished to a very high standard, the property has an open plan kitchen, turreted dining room and a lounge with patio doors leading to the garden. There are five bedrooms, each with their own en suite bathroom, plus a guest cloakroom. The villa is fully equipped including air conditioning / heating, has a TV room with English Satelite TV and is set within attractive mature gardens. If "al fresco" dining is for you, this villa is perfect as there are several terraces, patio areas including around the pool. The play room is separated from the main villa and has a table tennis table, kitchen and shower room. The villa also offers a generously sized heated swimming pool and plenty of parking space..

The Costa Calida region

La Manga Club Resort is located on the Costa Calida or "Warm Coast", which has a spectacular coastline with beautiful beaches of white sand, impressive cliffs and the largest salt-water lagoon in Europe - the crystal clear Mar Menor, where the water is calm and shallow and warmer than the rest of the Mediterranean, making it especially suitable for families.

Murcia enjoys an ideal climate with average temperatures ranging from 12°C in winter to 30°C in summer and approximately 325 sunny days per year.

The cities of Murcia and Cartagena are 20 to 30 minutes drive from the resort and offer great shopping, magnificent architecture and a rich cultural heritage.

CARTHAGINIANS AND ROMANS. In the second fortnight of September, Cartagena and its people get inside history and revive it for ten magnificent days in which the heroic deeds of Carthage and Rome are remembered.

In a huge setting, the 50 groups which embody Carthaginians and Romans decorate the camp and put up bars open to all the visitors. In this way, the camp becomes a big city set in ancient times where the art and symbols of Rome and Carthage.

EASTER is one of Cartagena's characteristic and unique exponents. It is the longest week of the year, as it is actually ten days: from Dolores Friday (before Palm Sunday) to Easter Sunday.

The La Manga Club area

La Manga Club is, without a doubt, one of the worlds leading Sport and Leisure resorts. It is located within 1400 acres of Murcian hillside overlooking the clear waters of the Mar Menor, the largest salt water lagoon in Europe.

La Manga Club has three championship golf courses, twenty eight tennis courts and a marvellous Par 47 pitch and putt facility. We have a wonderful football facility .There is a huge variety of restaurants and bars and we have our own supermarket, chemist and Doctors surgery. Our Sports Academies cater for adults and children. The renowned Tennis and Golf Academies offer first class tuition all year round and we have addition academies operating for children and young adults during the school holidays. These disciplines include Tennis, Football, cricket and dance.

La Manga Club offers a large number of additional leisure activities, mountain bike riding, horse riding, crazy golf, paddle tennis and wonderful walks.

We have an excellent all year round Mini Club for children and in addition to the water sports nearby the family can enjoy go-karting and ten pin bowling. An hour or so away can take you a River Safari Park or to one of the most enjoyable water parks in Spain.
