Los Molinos is situated in the prestigious resort of La Manga Club in picturesque hillside surroundings with beautiful gardens. La Manga Club has much to offer, including three 18 hole golf courses (2 championship), tennis centre (10 mins walk) with 28 tennis courts, bowls green, petanque, squash, gym and spa) and its own beach with beach-side restaurant. It also has its own football academy, a 5 star health and spa centre with its own indoor pool. Los Molinos has its own excellent solar heated pool which is two minutes walk away. As resident guests, you will also qualify for preferential resident rates on golf and all the tennis centre facilities, and will be able to store your golf clubs at the main Golf Centre clubhouse during your stay, free of charge.
The large and inviting solar heated Los Molinos pool (60 ft x 80 ft) with waterfall, separate children's pool, large changing rooms and poolside bar and restaurant (seasonal) is for the exclusive use of residents and guests. It is in a beautiful and peaceful setting, with a rustic bridge over the pool and Spanish windmill completing the charm.
The villa is fully equipped with all facilities and the cable flat-screen TV has over 80 English channels, including Sky Sports, children's TV and radio. There is a DVD and CD / radio and the villa also offers WiFi internet access#. The ground floor lounge, kitchen and dining areas open out onto the lounge terrace with lovely views and outdoor built-in barbecue for those of you who like to eat alfresco style! There is also air-conditioning / heating for your comfort throughout the property and marble flooring providing that touch of luxury. All windows, along with patio or french doors, are double glazed UPVC (most with "tilt & turn" operation for ventilation), with either panoramic views of the sea and mountains or a pretty outlook to the surrounding garden areas.
Downstairs there are two comfortably furnished bedrooms with two bathrooms, one en suite, and an outside terrace through French windows.
Upstairs there is a large roof terrace, perfect for sunbathing, with superb panoramic views to the sea.
The villa is suitable for children; however please be advised that there are steep stairs inside the property. A stairgate is available to hire, if required. Although the villa is suitable for the elderly, the stairs make it unsuitable for the infirm.
A safe is available for your valuable items, for which there is a small charge payable locally to the management company on site.
La Manga Club's Telephone and Internet Office nearby provides for phone calls, fax, copying, computer facilities, WiFi and internet access.
Close by are Bellaluz Plaza (5 mins walk) with shops, bars and restaurants, the Tennis Centre, Par 47 golf course, other shops, services and children's club.

The villa is regularly inspected, maintained and cleaned by our efficient and friendly on-site management company, keeping it in excellent condition for guests to enjoy.
We can provide a stairgate, cot and highchair, and welcome food pack - these incur a small extra charge which we remit to our local management company.
On receipt of the balance (or deposit and balance, if booking within 6 weeks of your holiday start date), further information about the villa and La Manga Club will be provided, together with directions, key collection instructions and golf / tennis discount letter(s). Guests will also be given information about community codes of conduct and golf / tennis etiquette and dress codes, which must be adhered to.

The region enjoys a rich cultural heritage and a varied natural landscape with beautiful views and interesting historical towns to visit. Apart from tourism, agriculture provides a key part of the local economy. The fertile alluvial land and ancient irrigation techniques support large acreages of almond, apricot and peach trees, orange and olive groves and a wide range of vegetable production, as well as vineyards producing some excellent local wines. The fantastic climate, with over 3000 hours of sunshine a year and one of the lowest rainfall totals in Europe, make La Manga Club a year round destination.
Local towns include Cartagena which is the second most important city in the region with highlights that include a picturesque marina, pavement cafes and numerous tapas bars as well as Roman ruins for those of you in interested in the history.
Murcia has a famous cathedral, ancient attractions, gardens and a wide range of museums, shops, restaurants and bars - well worth a visit!
Two of the region's best kept secrets are the natural spas at Archena and Fortuna. Mineral-rich waters flow from underground springs and are said to have curative powers for a variety of ailments, including arthritic disorders and rheumatic illnesses. The thermal springs at Archena were discovered more than 2000 years ago by the Romans.
The La Manga Club / Los Molinos area
There is an excellent range of bars and restaurants within La Manga Club resort, as well as shops and banks. There are wonderful historical towns boasting good restaurants and shopping facilities. Cabo de Palos is a delightful fishing port and marina with restaurants and an excellent Sunday market.
There is an extensive coastal nature reserve with attractive beaches close by.
The Mar Menor is the warm inland sea separated from the Mediterranean by La Manga del Mar Menor (La Manga Strip). The watersports facilities including dinghy sailing, windsurfing, water skiing, jet skiing, diving and canoeing, are some of the best in Europe.
With plenty of golf courses as well as La Manga's three courses (two championship), tennis courts and a wide range of other sporting facilities, it is the ideal winter sun family destination!

All linen and towels, for up to 4 guests, except beach/pool towels (changed mid-stay for 2 week bookings); Arrival and departure cleaning; Electricity* and water charges; Air conditioning / heating; Cable / satellite television; DVD / CD player; Washing machine; Use of the solar heated swimming pool; As allowed by La Manga Club Resort, discounted charges for golf and Tennis Centre facilities.
A 5% discount is available for couples booking for a week or more (except Low Season).

Changeover days are normally Saturdays, but other days are possible, particularly in Mid and Low Seasons.
We ask for a deposit of £100 per week upon booking and the balance 6 weeks before your arrival.
The villa is available from 1630 hours on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 1030 hours on the day of departure.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay at your villa. It was very comfortable and our teenage boys were delighted with the excellent wifi and tv package. The pool was well managed re sunbed availability for August and we spent some time most days there. The Windmill restaurant by the pool is excellent for lunch, such a pity it doesn't open in the evenings. We also ate in La Barra, Luigis and Mr Chans, all were excellent. Some evenings we ate in and strolled down to Bellaluz square for a drink or an ice cream afterwards and enjoyed the music and atmosphere provided by the various bands. One of the best equipped villas we have rented in recent years, with a kitchen you can easily prepare a proper meal in should you wish to do so. Thank you for a lovely holiday. We would have no hesitation in recommending this villa.

Thank you very much for letting us stay at your villa. We had a lovely, relaxing holiday. It was our first visit to La Manga Club and we were very impressed. The directions and information you sent through beforehand were excellent and the villa itself was perfect for our needs. The children absolutely loved the pool and we found a wonderfully sandy quiet section of beach down in La Manga at about the 9-10km point, on the Mediterranean side, which was perfect for them. For anyone visiting La Manga Club with children we would highly recommend the Si! Bar and restaurant, with free meals for children (5-7pm) and a secure play area with children's entertainer (the week we were there).

Had a lovely holiday at Los Molinos Villa. Although there are a few villas around, the location felt secluded and we weren't disturbed by neighbours at all during the stay. It was great to have both the balcony for meals and the sun terrace during the day. The villa itself was roomy, well furnished and was easily the best equipped holiday villa we have stayed in. Everything we could think of was provided. Lots of good advice and information was left as well. Would recommend hiring bikes and horseriding. The La Manga complex itself was perfect for children, lots of activities on sight - pools, mini golf, golf, cycling, football pitches, beach etc.
Richard and Jane sent us plenty of information in advance regarding the La Manga Club, the facilities, and arrival and departure information. This made the holiday completely stress free.

Lovely villa, cool and comfortable with everything you could possibly need. Bedrooms more spacious than the pictures show. Bathrooms both large too. Fantastic panoramic views, and so quiet and tranquil even in August! Great location, our children loved the pool (as did we, lovely lunches in the restaurant there). All the staff we met were very friendly and helpful. A lovely resort and we wouldn't hesitate to go again.

We all had a brilliant time at your villa, very hot and we all enjoyed quite alot of golf. The directions to La Manga were great as I am hopeless at reading maps, the villa itself was very clean, tidy, bright and airy and we all loved it, my favourite was the roof and the views. All the information you gave us for the villa and everything else was very helpful as was all the instructions for the fuse box and towel rails etc. Phoenix were also very helpful nothing was too much trouble as Roger printed off his boarding tickets in their office the day before we left. We also ate at the restaurants outside La Manga on the long road approaching it, very enjoyable. The whole environment of La Manga felt safe, we enjoyed the restaurants and the entertainment at the square, the lady in the boutique (the one beside the pizza restaurant at the square) was lovely my son (13 years) bought quite a few items and had lengthy chats with her.
