About the home

This 3 bed detached villa with full air-conditioning & ceiling fans is in the Small Los Altos 1 community, just a few minutes walk from all the action. Relax by the pool next to the villa or for a change of atmosphere wander down to fabulous 'Oasis Centre' with it stunning feature pool & separate heated children's pool and poolside snack bar - just a few minutes walk from the villa.

Our sports rights entitles our guests RESIDENTS discount off golf. Also discounts for tennis & other sports. LMC has 3 golf courses & 28 Tennis courts. We also have free Wi-Fi Internet access in the villa. Voted the SAFEST resort in Europe 2008. A Gated complex with 24 hour patrolled security. La Manga Club has been voted Europe's top resort & sports club four times in the past 6 years.

Recently re-furbished to a very high standard The Living space is bright & airy with luxury furnishings & stunning views. The new kitchen has all mod cons including dishwasher & waste disposal unit. There are 3 private terraces off the living area
Downstairs with air conditioning/heater unit. The spacious 16 ft En-suite bedroom, can be made up for twin or king size; Room for a cot, Two double wardrobes 1 with drawers. Long Wall mirror, Dressing Table with flat screen LCD TV & DVD & Free-View. Two bedside cabinets, French doors leading to a walled terrace. The en suite bathroom consisting of twin basins, bath & Thermostatic Shower, toilet and bidet. The Second bedroom with air conditioning/heater unit & ceiling fan. Another spacious bedroom, can be made up for twin or king size . Double wardrobes with drawers, bedside cabinet, mirror. Could fit in extra Z Bed/Cot, which can be hired. Third bedroom with air conditioning/heater unit, good size, can be made into twin or king, wardrobe with drawers, another wardrobe with Ironing Board & Iron, bedside cabinet. Please note all three bedrooms and bathrooms are on the same lower floor, with additional cloakroom/toilet available in the hall on the living level. 2 Hairdryers provided

The Costa Calida region

La Manga club offers 3 championship 18 hole golf courses, a par 47 pitch and putt course, 28 tennis courts. This is the winter facility for the LTA. Swimming: The Oasis leisure pool, next to the tennis centre, is the centrepiece of La Manga Club and is open to all guests, offering a stunning location to while away hours on one of the numerous sun loungers under palm fronted sunshades. The swimming centre is made up of three pools of varying depths for toddlers, children and the main swimming pool, all serviced by the Oasis cafe/bar.

Our villa is only a few minutes from the Tennis/Oasis centre. There is also a pool just outside our villa so all the family can swim & relax on the loungers or pop back to the villa in seconds. La Manga's own private beach cove 'La Cala', offers a more picturesque setting for swimming and snorkelling with its own beach-side restaurant and bar specialising in locally caught sea food. There is a courtesy bus available within the resort any time (dial 9).

The La Manga Club / Los Altos, La Manga area

Situated between two seas, La Manga Club has its water sports centre based on the Mar Menor Lagoon. The shallow water is perfect for water-skiing, windsurfing and sailing enthusiasts. Tuition is available & equipment hire. The centre also allows you to try your hand at jet skiing, and boat trips are available from the harbour to explore the Mar Menor. Private scuba diving can be arranged for clients to explore the crystal clear Mediterranean waters, although pre-booking is essential.

There are 26+ restaurants or bars to choose from on the complex, night clubs, designer clothes shops, supermarkets, banks, post office, chemists and a doctor’s/dentist's surgery, cycle hire & horse riding & a Spa. The Fiesta mini-club, provides supervised activity for children aged from 6 months to 12 years and a new activities centre & Fun Pub for the older children.

The 5 * La Manga Club hotel & Spikes night club offers live entertainment until the early hours There is a courtesy bus available within the resort any time (dial 9 from the villa).or ask the restaurant/bar to phone for you

Ryanair, Jet2.com, Eayjet, BMI baby, Monarch etc. fly into Murcia San Javier on a regular basis from various airports around the UK. Alternatively you can fly into Alicante which is about 1 hour and 20 minutes drive from La Manga Club (mostly on motorways). If you are not planning to explore outside the resort a car is not necessary as there is free bus service within the Resort
